This is a great affordable option to the absurd cost of the lodge in Zion Park. We went first week of May which was the "slow" season, so we did not experience the huge crowds and lines many people warned us about. The super helpful staff at a nearby retail giant that starts with a W warned us to get to the park before 6:00 a.m if we want to find a parking space. We got there at 8:00 and there were just a few spaces left, so any other time of year that might be true. So you would have to get up at 4:00 a.m, (when breakfast is not open yet), drive to the park, and get in line. This might be a real bummer but we got lucky. The hotel was fine, and the breakfast was decent. There was no fruit available, but there was yogurt, which was the only healthy choice available, as is expected in most hotel breakfasts. The pool looked clean and nice, but we did not have time to use it. The town was very nice with a decent variety of retail available for our needs. We used the laundry which was convenient and the front desk staff had quarters for us. The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe, with cops everywhere. The townfolk are very pleasant.
The bathroom fan cannot be turned off, and was clearly many years old so was quite loud. I almost asked to change rooms but chose to just close the bathroom door. The staff said the fan speed decreased when no one was in the bathroom but I saw that this was not true and have no idea how they came up with this. There is no motion sensor on the fan and the fan speed was constant for our entire stay. The gym was tiny and rather useless for our needs, but we found a franchise of our gym in town, which was excellent btw. Because the town is over 60% Mormon, a majority of stores and restaurants are closed on Sunday.

Very clean hotel and rooms, better than average breakfast offered, good indoor pool and whirlpool, beds were comfortable and a little on the medium firm side, pillows (an assortment)were great. Staff was friendly but not particularly informed about the area. The biggest complaint, if any, was the coffee in the morning. Just go elsewhere. There's lots of coffee shops in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
The crummy "coffee" offered and the lack of local information at the front desk. Plenty of brochures but I always hope for an informed human at the front desk.

I liked the room and its location. The jacuzzi was great pool was ok not the greatest because it wasn't cold which you would think in a state like UTAH being at 104F outside they'd keep the pool cold inside so you can get away from the heat but idk what that was about also now that i think about it the whole inside pool area was pretty hot to begin with in the first place I remember watching my kids and I was laying there on the chair and tell me why i was sweating just laying there something didn't seem right.
The hot inside pool and facility and not cold enough water in the actual pool and what was up with those mini towels lol. I expected a little more from the workout room only had 4 pieces of equipment a bench, elliptical machine, treadmill and a bike.

Loved the cleanliness of your hotel! Location was near family and we were very happy with all the linen, black out curtains and very comfortable beds. Very much enjoyed the fresh fruit and bagels and waffles in the morning.
Wished breakfast didn't end so early so we ALL could've enjoyed. We wished for some more vegan hot or cold food options such as vegan milk or vegan cream cheese or vegan yogurt like we have had at other establishments. Some ingredient labels near the unpacked foods to see if they were free from certain allergens , dairy and eggs would be nice.

Spacious room, all in good order. Wi-fi OK
Staff attention (staff in the phone in a (sounding private) conversation during my check-in; later enquiries were kind of rude for a hotel. - Breakfast very basic and even more unsustainabe then others (even paper cups at breakfast were wrapped in plastic). Gym open at 6 only.

It’s a good property. It is clean and taken care of.
The water smells and there is a consistent smell that comes from the bathroom. I’m wondering if that’s why the fan runs continuously. The toilet in the room was loose. The beds were a bit harder than I like but those are what they are. I think the most uncomfortable thing was the smells from the bathroom. It’s really the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again. I’ve stayed at other places in Hurricane and never experienced that smell. I had a sore throat and headache each morning when I woke.

A standard hotel with a spacious, clean, and relatively nice-looking room. No issues during our stay. We especially enjoyed the view from the window of the sunset and cacti — a lovely touch.
Our only suggestion would be to add at least one type of vegetable to the breakfast selection.

We were on a two-week trip through the west of the USA. This hotel was by far the best. Really nothing to criticize. Clean an spacious rooms, comfortable beds, no noise from outside, all equipment new and in excellent condition. The breakfast was good, too, and we had the best coffee of our trip. Actually, this was the only hotel during our drip where the morning coffee was really tasty. Most hotels seem to use ordinary tap water. This coffee was clearly not made using tap water.
Nothing to complain

We liked the ease of the location to the golf course, national parks and relatives near the area. The cleanliness of the cozy rooms and perfect beds and bright clean parking lot. The staff was very kind and accommodating to us arriving at 4am after a long 8hr drive. Would definitely stay here again if we can get a good price again.
We know we traveled on a holiday but we tried for a few hours to try to extend our stay on the last night but couldn't get ahold of the reception area for a while. Staff was very helpful and awesome when they were available! Eventually we were helped. We didn't get to enjoy our free breakfasts. Even with waking up early and getting ready we still couldn't make it in time to grab a bite to eat. Wished breakfast would last til at least 10:30am. A bit more cleanliness on the sofa in our room and in the lobby area. A few seats were quite soiled. If the price were just a little lower we would stay here 4 times a year when visiting family!

The breakfast was reasonable and better than a lot of hotel breakfasts. The Hotel was 30 minutes from Zion Park, but in a good location for accessing Kolob and Bryce Canyons which we also visited, and in a quiet area. The room was very spacious and clean. It was very good value for money and the staff were lovely.
Nothing really.
