Sena, if im not mistaken thats her name. Shes really 10 out of 10 staff that i can rely too. Very considerate. We travel from l.a. me and my fiancee always do this kind of trip and sleep inn is one of our favorite spot. We would always start driving around 12 in the morning and get there around 6 in the morning. As usual i would always ask for early check in which this time sena accomodate us to get an early checked in. I appreciated her work and amazed of her personality she is definitely the most amazing staff in that hotel. Other than that i have no complain of the service everything is really perfect.

Cleanliness to the max. Kudos to the cleaning staff for an outstanding job!!! Breakfast is also very very good. Reception very smooth and friendly. Check in and out is a breeze. The pool is great and customers respectful for each other. Very very close to Zion and Heli tours (I recommend!!!!). The beds feel like a cloud. The name of the hotel is spot on. You will dream like a baby here! No sound of neighbors. Thank you for adding to the amazing USA trip! I recommend pig's ear American bistro only 250meters away, amazing burgers for very good price. Enjoy fellow travellers Personally the view on red cliffs is much nicer than Zion lodge within tourists crowded Zion park (which I would only recommend if going to angels landing trail early in the morning)

The facility was in excellent shape. The breakfast choices were very good, and the waffles were tasty. The staff kept the eating area clean, and well stocked. the room was in excellent shape & the facility was very quiet. It is close to a Walmart Supercenter, and there were numerous places to dine in the evening.

It is advertised as close to Zion Park. But in reality, it is about 30 minutes away. We had a rental car so that wasn't a huge inconvenience. Parking in Springdale which is just outside the park is very expensive ($30.00). Several blogs said parking is free but we found that not to be the case.

What an exceptional value and unexpected pleasant surprise! We had two adjoining rooms, each with two queen beds. The rooms are massive and clean. The exercise room was basic; but, everything worked (which we rarely find when traveling) and (again) the room was spotless. Breakfast was incredible: hot and cold cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, muffins, juice, etc. The staff members were polite, cordial, and well informed about the area. A special nod to Sina, one of the many assistants at the front desk.

Excellent room. Lotta space, bathroom was enormous, shower fantastic! Quiet, friendly, great location. Views are amazing. The pool was so great.

Only small complaint, breakfast had those hard scrambled eggs and not great potatoes, however there were so many choices that I was happy with oatmeal and yogurt. It’s rare to find a place like this that has nice free eggs, so, it’s a very minor complaint. In fact, for the price, the food was great.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! The rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any request. Everything, while not brand new, is in great condition, clean, and well-maintained.

Fairly new, clean hotel to stay on our way to Zion at a reasonable price. Good restaurant next door.

Breakfast fare is very standard and very unhealthy. Wish these hotel breakfasts would include something other than packaged scrambled eggs and overly processed cereal, bread, pancakes and nitrate-rich meats. Even hardboiled fresh eggs, plain greek yogurt and fruit would add some healthful options.

I emailed the hotel three weeks ahead of my stay. I asked if I could reserve the same room that I stayed in the last three times I'd been there. It's on the lower floor and fit my needs. When I got there, they assigned me an upstairs room telling me they were sold out. It seems for a repeat customer they could of easily kept that room for me. Other than that the hotel is great.

Had a pool and hot tub both for the kids and I so that was nice let the kids play the hotel was well kept and easy to navigate

The breakfast was junk i know it’s for many but things were not cooked right and you can tell they didn’t care for cooking in the end kinda sad way to start the day but that’s ok there is lots of food close by if you don’t choose to eat before you leave

This is a really nice modern hotel that is very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did not use the fitness center but it looked nice. The hotel had a laundry room which was nice. The breakfast was fairly good.

It took 40 minutes to get to Zion, which meant a very early alarm as you have to arrive at Zion very early to get a parking spot. It's worth is to pay 1/3 what a modest hotel would cost in Springdale. I was very disappointed that maid service was only on request. But since I was alert and noticed this, no big deal.
