I had a very good stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virgin Zion National Park. The breakfast was a nice start to the day, with fresh eggs served daily and a waffle machine that everyone enjoyed. After long days of hiking in Zion, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

On the downside, there aren’t many restaurants close to the hotel, so we had to drive into Springdale for dinner. Also, even though we booked two rooms under the same reservation for our group of four, the hotel placed us in rooms very far apart, which was inconvenient.

Breakfast was great considering what you normally get at other hotels when there's complimentary breakfast. There is a waffle maker, oatmeal, eggs, sausage patties, bagels, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The stay exceeded expectations. It was close to Zion National Park - 15 min drive, close to river tubing (highly recommend if it's hot out), close to everything we wanted to do and needed. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean and spacious. The pool was amazing with the most fantastic views. Staff are very nice and say hi to you when they pass you. It's a great value hotel to stay at.

We did hear a loud tv at night for most nights (midnight to 6am) but not really the hotel's fault. Definitely a guest that isn't respectful of others.

The hotel was very nice! It was super clean inside and outside. Our room was great! I loved the location because we could be in Zion in 15-20 minutes. The staff were all very kind. It was a reasonably priced hotel as well.

The ONLY complaint I have is the fact that you are a Marriott just miles from a national park with hundreds of guests a day and you only have a 12-cup coffee maker during the breakfast time? There were so many people standing and waiting for coffee the entire time we were down for breakfast. We gave up and went to buy coffee somewhere else.

The location was perfect — just 20 minutes from Zion National Park, which made it super convenient for our hikes. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast had a nice variety to start the day. I loved the huge gym and the pool area — both were great for relaxing after long days outdoors. Our rooms wrere very spacious, with two TVs and a beautiful view of the mountains. Plus, free parking was a big bonus!

The stay was a bit pricey compared to other options. Also, I would have appreciated more breakfast choices — especially fresh vegetables like tomatoes or some cheese to make sandwiches. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better; I could hear people from neighboring rooms, and at night I even heard someone snoring very loudly.

Breakfast was very good Li Over the oatmeal and all the toppings. Shower was tall and worked well. Pool and hot tub were great

The scrambled eggs were very dry, bland and looked like small pebbles. Used the guest laundry and the dryer I put my clothes in wouldn’t start and I lost my money . Went to desks d the desk clerk tried with hotel quarters and it wouldn’t work for her either. She got more quarters and the second one worked so we moved our clothes. Staff was very helpful!

Location was ok. In the middle between La Verkin and Springdale. Clean large rooms, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast to start the day. Plenty of parking and a nice looking pool that sadly we did not have the time to enjoy.

The beds could be a bit more comfy for our tastes. We found them to be a bit too hard for us but that is a matter of preferences of course. Lack of restaurants close by was something we found missing after about 2 days. But looks like there are some new construction going on so this may be fixed soon.

Lovely staff, very comfortable, large beds and clean, quiet rooms. Good location for both park and Hurricane. Felt much better than a 3 star hotel. Loved that it had a laundry room as we needed it after a week of hiking. Good breakfast choices.

Shower a bit weak. Far too much single use plastic being used at breakfast - recycling bins should be provided for cardboard plates instead of one landfill bin for everything. Reusable or recyclable cutlery please, it’s time to catch up with the rest of the world when it comes to looking after our planet!

Excellent place to stay while visiting Zion parks and area ! We had a blast lounging by the pool enjoying the warm sunshine and gorgeous views plus nice music ! We were enjoying the hot tub the night we arrived as we had walked the narrows all day and were completely exhausted! Our beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Best coffee too! Laundry room was very clean ! Loved our stay immensely!

I think you need a bigger sign ! My daughter drive us and relied on the huts across the street to remind us where to turn !

The booking was fully pre-paid through booking.com. At the check-in, they asked for a credit card for the security deposit.... and charged the whole amount again from that credit card! I almost paid twice. I had to discuss it three times before the issue was fixed: the night before checking out; the concierge told me they couldn't deal with this type of problem. The following day, I was told there was no issue at all. And the third time, after I checked out and got the final receipt, it showed that I would be charged again! Be careful and check everything if you do not wish to pay twice!

The included breakfast was quite nice, especially the waffles. We made use of the laundry room; the machines were quick. The location was great, very short drive both to the park and the towns nearby.

There was a storm during our stay, and it caused a power outage for over an hour. Our room was on the ground floor, so we would sometimes see other guests walking by our window.
