The location is great for visiting the Zion NP. It takes only a few minutes to the park entrance. The accommodation is perfectly clean and modern furnished with all electronics you need. Also the bathroom is very modern and luxurious, better than in most hotels I have stayed. But the one thing making this place really outstanding is the hospitality of the hosts. They took 1 hour of their time to provide us with hiking and dining recommendations even though we showed up really late for check in due to us messing up with the different time zone between states. In the morning they served customized homemade breakfast (the coffee cake was amazing).

We booked this room based on the amazing reviews. The location was good as it was a quick drive to neighboring town for food/services. 15 minute drive to the entrance of Zion which is a beautiful national park. Clean room.

Host appeared a little distracted at check-in when we were in a rush to get to restaurants before close. Host also seemed to pressure renting E-bikes to us (and other guests) when we made it clear that was not of interest. Breakfasts both mornings were disappointing. To-go consisted of a 'Costco muffin' left on the counter. 'Home cooked' breakfast was a German pancake which was good, though accompanied by canned peaches and cartons of yogurt (had to ask for coffee creamer and syrup for the pancake). Expected more from a bed and breakfast. Once again, check-out was timely.

Excellent place to stay. Very well located, few kilometers from overcrowded Rockville. Heather and Garth provide excellent advices to visit Zion National Park (hikes, timing,...) or to go to local restaurants. The house is very confortable, really a pleasure to stay there. And Heather and Garth are very friendly and wonderful hosts. My notation is 10 but I would like to write 11!

Hosts Heather and Garth were extremely kind and took care of our every need. I had a recent injury preventing me from hiking with my crew, and they even offered to drive into the park to pick me up if I needed! I’m the breakfast, all food intolerances were considered. We received great information on the park and hiking options, also drive times and parking. Lots of reference material also. The inn has a living room with games and puzzles. Perfect!

The Tyler Inn was clean, well appointed, comfortable and safe. The owners, Heather and Garth thought of every detail and obviously put a lot of time and love into their B&B. The breakfasts were delicious and they were helpful in explaining all of the sites in the Zion area. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it to our friends and family and anyone wishing to stay in the Zion area.

Had a couple mornings where we were able to get a yogurt, granola bar, fruit and muffin. One the morning we left, Heather made us an excellent egg dish, cinnamon rolls and fruit. She was always helpful with suggestions and information.

A separate thermostat in our room would have been nice, but as it was a house, it is understandable. Sometimes the room was really cold in the afternoon, but a little too warm at night.

The owners of this B&B were unfailingly helpful, friendly and attentive. We loved the view of Zion's cliffs from our room and everything about the place was cozy and inviting. Very nice breakfasts every morning. The drive to the national park entrance was short and easy, and the whole four-day stay was a delight. We'd love to stay at this B&B again someday.

Fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast served daily family style. Very comfortable rooms. Host helped answer questions and very knowledgeable about the conditions in Zion National Park.

No bathtub- would’ve been nice after hiking to have a bath or hot tub. Not a problem though everything else was lovely.

We were very fortunate to stay at Tyler Inn. Newly renovated interior, great location to Zion and warm yummy breakfasts! Our hosts were also a wealth of information regarding shops, restaurants and navigating the Park. We were happy to support a small local business and would recommend their warm hospitality and great place to others!

Honestly our stay was very nice, no complaints! The interior was just renovated. I'm sure when they finish the landscaping it will be amazing!

We loved our hosts availability for every question! We went to Zion to hike so it was great that you could take coffee to go and they would add a Muffin or something else for breakfast. They gave us. Lot of advice and we felt really at home! everything was super clean! We can only recommend to stay there if you visit Zion!
