Beautifully remodeled room/sink area/shower, great bedding, comfortable bed, refrigerator in room and ice machine nearby a must, really liked the couch in king room for relaxing, great pool and hot tub area, landscaped nicely and all around great feel of property. They’re doing an excellent job improving the property. Contactless checkin was really nice and good correspondence before we arrived. Nice to have the shuttle right out on the street to walk to and leave our car parked at the hotel. Location close enough to food/shopping but not too close.

Not a deal breaker by any means but no closet to hang clothes (wall hooks in bathroom though) or iron/ironing board. Those are not really needed in an area where hiking/outdoors are the emphasis anyway.

This hotel has ambitious plans for the future, which reflects the current situation. I felt pampered. They clearly consider the needs of their customers and put in place everything to attend to those needs.There is no reception. However, the excellent communication more than covers this. The shuttle bus stop is right outside the hotel too, making it very convenient for access to Zion. Swimming pool area easily accessible and adequate parking, with delightfu, shady, grassed seating areas outside the rooms. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment. I have been travelling for five weeks, and this is by far the most superior place I have stayed at. Thank you so much.

The treatment/respect we received from the customer service. They are wonderful. They were available every time we needed them.

Good location for Zion NP although a little further out than other hotels. But probably a bit quieter as a result. Still within walking distance to park entrance and shuttle bus stop right outside. Choice of restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Can’t rate staff as it was all done virtually. They send you the room number and code for the door but it was very efficient

Although there was a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave there were no utensils so you would have to bring your own. Also, although the coffee machine made excellent coffee (according to my husband) it was not possible to make tea!

Seems like it was newly renovated, very clean, property provided 2 bottles a day and nice coffee maker. Was always able to park near our room and there was a pool as well (even though we didn't go). Digital check in and communication via email and text. The location was great if you want to be a bit further from where all the action is. Didn't take the shuttle but Montclair is at Stop 7.

Not having someone on site to go to for any issues or concerns. The front door was sticky so it took us awhile to realized we had to really push after entering the code. There was a loud family above us and we heard some stomping and moving of things on our last day. For the price that we paid, would have liked free breakfast.

The hotel is well located, with the Zion shuttle literally right in front of the property. The wifi worked well, we even worked remotely several days (Zoom, ect.) with no issues. The coin-op laundry worked just fine ($2 per machine, per load). The bed was comfortable as was the bathroom and sitting area. We never had any problem finding parking. The self check in process was straight forward. Cleaning crew did a great job each day, no complaints.

The room had no closet, hangers or anywhere to hang/place clothes. The door to the room uses a key pad lock (totally fine), but it doesn't have a physical lock from the inside (like a chain or something), I would have much preferred that for peace of mind. There was no iron or ironing board and there are no staff onsite to help with anything. The only onsite staff is the cleaning crew.

I was sceptical about having no face to face contact with anyone but the checking process was easy and straightforward online. Easy to check-out too. Room was big and clean. Plenty of parking. Good outdoor swimming pool with nice views. Access to washing machines and dryer. Very easy access to the Zion park via the free shuttle which is right outside the property.

Beware that if you book the cheapest room it wont be looking like the ones on pictures that are all refurbished. It would be nice to have a few bowls, cutlery etc to eat and avoid plastic cups.

I will start with the location. It was a little over a mile away from entrance to Zion National Park. Convenient to walking distance if you just wanted to stroll downtown. The parking was a little hassle. I wish parking spots were labeled so we could park in front of our rooms but was not a big deal. Room itself was bigger than I expected with view to a backyard where we saw couple of deer. it was amazing. room was clean and bathroom was very clean and well taken care of. All the appliances in the room was in working order and Nespresso coffee machine with decaf and espresso shot pod was a big plus for coffee lovers like us. Water bottles were provided for the coffee machine. Almost everything was very detailed and well put. I can’t stop praising about our room and stay here. If we come back in the future I will definitely be staying here because of the price and everything else.

Parking spots could have been marked for the rooms. But, it was not a deal breaker.

Generally a great place to stay - clean and tidy and well located. The room was large and comfortable.

The contactless checkin generally worked fine, however as a traveller from abroad we were having problems with roaming and couldn't access the quest book as we had no internet. The WiFi password is only provided in this guest book, so we were stuck and had to find another guest at the hotel to provide us the password. It would be better if the WiFi password was distributed as part of the text that is sent for registration.

Great location right across the street from the free city shuttle stop. Even though the property was right along the main street, it was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable.

Online the property was advertised as including breakfast but when we actually arrived we found out they are no longer serving breakfast. The webpage description needs to be updated. Registration for the room is done completely online which is convenient except we had to enter our vehicle information in order to find out our room number and access code. We rented a car and therefore didn't know our vehicle information until the last minute which meant we had to sit in the hotel parking lot late at night entering the vehicle information into the registration card before we could check into our room.
