The hotel is not fancy or modern but it was as I had expected after reading some of the reviews and the beds were comfortable, the rooms quiet and it had everything we needed. Yes the free breakfast is just a help yourself to some yogurt and granola type thing but as we were getting up early this worked out really well. The location is fabulous for getting to the park via the free shuttle. One night we missed the shuttle back and it was less than a 20min walk back. Good eating places near by too. The price was good for the location.

The breakfast was a bit of a shock but it worked out good for us in the end. I think if I knew it wasn't much before I booked I wouldn't have minded.

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable.

The offering for breakfast was yogurt and coffee. I wouldn't even mention breakfast available on the listing or at least mention what food is available (yogurt) in the listing. This would help future guests plan better. I didn't expect a breakfast with this hotel since the price was lower than most of hotels, but customers that aren't experienced travelers may not of considered this.

the staff was lovely they prepared lunch boxes for the guests as part of the stay as everyone goes into the national park the room was clean, spacious and showers got hot very quickly the beds were very comfortable and roomy! and the location is a 2min walk to the free shuttle bus into the the national park!

maybe it was just our room, but the AC turned off and on intermittently

Super clean, rooms are pretty, beds were comfortable, really close to Zion entrance. They were very communicative prior to check in, just keep in mind the front desk works till 3pm, we got locked outside our room by accident at 5pm and they helped us by phone really quick.

They didn’t replenish the coffee for the second day, but they had plenty of coffee at the reception anyway

Perfect location for Zion National Park. Great pool to dip into after a hard day's hiking. Close to plenty of restaurants for the evening. Had a really good stay there and the heart of Springdale was the place to be to beat the Zion weekend visitors.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - basically a wrap and an apple to take away. The coffee machine was out of order. The large skip outside our room was not pretty - there was some building work going on opposite though we didn't see or hear any actual activity. But we had a great stay anyway.

Great location to Zion and local restaurants, rooms were very clean and bright, very good overall value for money.

Only thing I think they need to work on is breakfast - yogurt and a coffee does not really count in my books, I would not consider that breakfast. Assume there is no breakfast in the deal and it's still a good value.

I thought that it was good for the price we paid. Overall it was a place to rest our heads for the night and was generally a good place to stay right in the middle of Springdale and only minutes from the Zion entrance!

The only concerns we had was that the paint was peeling off a bit in the bathroom above the mirror and in a few other spots within the room. The heater was excessively loud but luckily a small space heater was provided to plug in. Also, the table by the bathroom was especially hard on the knee caps from hitting it when walking by. Not the best placement

Great location - shuttle bus stop is in front of the hotel, market is nearby. Rooms were clean. Pool was great.

Breakfast was a bag with a little frozen sandwich, little jogurt, very little box of cereals and an apple. It was awful. Also the staff was indifferent. We came 2:45 pm and wanted to check in. They let us sit in the lobby until exactly 3pm to check us in (the room was ready but they said that check is is at 3pm and that was it).

Perfect location. 2mins drive to the entrance of zion national park. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I love that you can just enjoy the view while walking around the town. The lady at the reception is so sweet and kind.

The pool and hot tub is closed. The breakfast.

Perfect location right near to Zion National Park entrance, very clean, excellent facilities (we were able to do laundry). Staff helpful and gave our breakfast bags to us the night before as we were up early for hiking.

The only thing that could have been improved was the swimming pool area, the pool was full of dead flies and the hot tub didn’t work. Area needs maintenance but was still usable
