We liked the location of the hotel the most. The surroundings are really beautiful, everything is nicely decorated around the hotel. The reception and the interior of the hotel are very nice. Bonus outdoor pool with a beautiful view. Breakfast was also delicious, the only thing we missed was vegetables as a side dish. We were here for a short time, but we enjoyed our stay.

As I mentioned, we were missing vegetables for breakfast (tomatoes, peppers, lettuce...) And as for the room, it was not in top condition. The door at the entrance was very dirty, so it was not washed. Hand soap fell off the wall. But I must say that after informing the reception, they came to fix it immediately. At the same time, there were no hangers to hang towels after showering and some other small shortcomings. They could just work on cleanliness. The day before, we were in a hotel of the same chain, it cost half as much but the cleanliness was much better, and I also found the rooms more modern.

This property was exceptionally located close to Zion National Park, there was shuttle stop right outside the hotel. So many things in walking distance as far as restaurants and ebike rentals. The hotel staff was some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered on any stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delcisious, fresh and fully stocked. They even provided snacks like apples, and granola bars for hiking as well as fresh cookies every afternoon. The coffee bar was open, hot, ready and fresh all hours as well which was super nice. Pool and hottub were clean and relaxing after a long day of hiking. I would stay at this same hotel again if I ever go back!

Not a single thing

Location was very convenient and an easy drive to the park. Front desk service was great, especially Poppy and the manager Denise were both awesome. Very pleasant, highly professional, and took very good care of us. Our waitress Karma was also very friendly and attentive.

Only bad experience was the rudeness of one of the workers at the restaurant during breakfast. She ignored us very badly and we were waiting for 15 minutes for a table to get cleaned. She was unresponsiveness and blatantly avoided us.

Bit of pain when we first arrived, we'd already settled into the room, and then found that the electric blinds would not close. They called a maintenance person, who couldn't fix it either, so we had to move rooms. Not a major issue, but was an annoyance. Otherwise, room was good, location great, nice little gym. Absolutely fantastic breakfast!

Just the maintenance issue, and also they held a deposit against my card for weeks after.

This hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and right outside the park. The hotel staff was very friendly and breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from. The views from our room were amazing.

The rooms do need a little updating and I did not like to pay for parking when I was paying to stay at the hotel.

Very comfortable, excellent location. The hotel is beautiful. Jennifer welcomed us and was very kind. She explained everything to us with patience and kindness. During our stay, she made sure we were okay. There was also another girl who greeted us and made sure we were okay. The people in charge of breakfast were always smiling and very friendly. I would come back again.

The location was perfect for our visit to Zion National Park. The front desk assistants were helpful and kind with whatever questions we had or things were needed. Breakfast was outstanding! The service was above and beyond with things like complimentary coffee all day, fruit and snacks for hiking, fresh ice water available, and cookies in the afternoon. The pool was also a beautiful part of the facility we were able to enjoy.

Honestly, we were very pleased with our experience.

Really enjoyed a 2 night stop here .Large comfortable room, quiet, well located for Zion national park.Excellent breakfast, restaurants within walking distance . Great service from the staff on the front desk - we had a problem with our hire car and had to have a new one delivered to the hotel late one Friday evening- the hotel staff took calls from the hire company , relayed the messages and took a genuine interest in making sure our issues with the car were resolved .

Location was great, really close to Zion National Park and within walking distance to shops and stores. Breakfast was really good and I like that everyday, they have a different variety of items that they add. Not to mention, it’s a pet friendly.

The rooms felt outdated. I also wanted the room colder but the AC wasn’t doing it. The temp was only to 67 degrees.

Beautiful setting. Shuttle to Zion right outside the door. Convenient to restaurants. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed addition. Superb breakfast choices. I also found a second floor covered porch where I was able to do my morning reading, while glancing up at the imposing canyon walls. A great way to start the day.
