Liked the place and my room, nice bit of character and pretty much all you need, and the self-catering facilities suited me well. Self-check in was easy. I never saw or needed staff so can't comment on them, but I guess that's a positive in itself?

The carpet in my room is becoming a bit of a trip hazard and seems to retain people's hair - as someone with no hair, so I know it's not mine, it's not lovely finding other people's attaching itself to my stuff! The end of the driveway isn't brilliant for a car with low clearance but is manageable and it would have been nice to have more control over room temperature. I would absolutely stay again though.

Location was a beautiful spot. A hummingbird greeted me in the window in the morning. The roses were in bloom and the red rock formations off in the distance just added to the backdrop. The house was very tastefully decorated and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Close to downtown area and Zion too. We enjoyed two evening dinners out and about. The rear of the house offered a patio area to relax in the shade. Great spot after a day of exploring. The next door neighbor offered me fresh vegetables from her garden and was really excited about her harvest.

The rooms are quite close together and the walls not that thick. We were up early to go into Zion Park but conscious that other guests were sleeping in so tried to keep the noise down. Other guests who were up early with us were a little noisier!

Very cute property with a real family feel. Although private and personal, there is a communal kitchen, dinner and lounge area. We meet no less than 3 lovely families on our stay there. We had such a great time, we ended up cooking dinner for some of them so we could have more time to share our memories and get to know each other. Their novel approach to providing food for the BB worked well. A fantastic experience. Beats an impersonal hotel any day!

Wonderful communication prior to arrival with owner giving us advise on where to do our grocery shop. Easy entry into the property. Amazing charred kitchen with everything you could need. Walls between rooms are a bit thin but people were considerate. Nice to have coffee making in room. Lovely place on the edge of town

Great location and very friendly environment. Inside decor was really very comforting. Large kitchen to make your own meals, if desired. The roses planted all around the entry were such a treat.

Only draw back is having to figure out what breakfast to eat quite early in order to get into the parking lot at the Zion visitor center before the chaos ensues.

It is the perfect location for exploring Zion National Park. It's just a couple of miles from the Visitor center where you can take the shuttle to head into the park. The house has a warm and welcoming vibe. During my stay I've talked with lots of other guests who gave me tips for hiking or just some friendly small talk which was very nice since I was on my own. The rooms have the same vibe and character like the house and have everything you need and more to enjoy your stay.

Loved the communal kitchen, it was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and spices. Everything was labeled very clearly so we knew where to put our food, where our room was, and check in was a breeze. Thank you again to Rebecca, super sweet and kind to us during our visit!

It’s a beautiful house and comes with a fully furnished kitchen, dinning room and a living room. We had our breakfast in the morning in the dinning room. It was so beautiful and peaceful. I can imagine myself living happily in this house. Staff were friendly as well! Plenty of parking spaces

Our shower tub was a bit too small.

The room was big & very nice, bed comfy. Missed having a refrigerator IN our room, but the community-shared refrigerator shelves-sections were labeled by room-suite, so was organized for all guests. Loved meeting the other guests in the shared living spaces. Staff were wonderful & helpful.

The floor in our room squeaked in places when we walked around our room, and we wondered if it bothered guests in the room below us.
