Hotel felt really new and clean, staff was friendly and authentic

For a brand new hotel (was told had reopened about 12 months prior) I felt the room design could have been more thoughtful. Just one sink, only very cold and bright lights in the room and no cozy mood settings etc. Espresso machine at the restaurant was broken on our only breakfast visit, meaning nothing but filter coffee was available. Restaurant at breakfast felt empty and cold and a bit sad tbh (staff was very nice though!) and their breakfast menu overall could be better. The location is at the very end of town, the very last stop of the shuttle (or the very first, depending on direction I guess) and furthest away from park entrance.

The hotel environment is very good, you can see nice scenery, the swimming pool is also very good, you can dine in the hotel restaurant, the dishes are also good.

The front desk service was average. During check-in and check-out, they were aloof and seemed too lazy to engage with guests. When I asked for a paper bill, they said they didn't have one but would send it via email. They didn't give it to me until my family asked again. The in-room Wi-Fi connection required a lot of personal information, and the bottled water provided required a membership to use it for free; otherwise, you had to pay $3 per bottle, which was a very unwelcome experience. There was only one server at the hotel restaurant for breakfast.

Greeted by Hayley was like a warm cup of hot chocolate on a chilly morning! Then being served by perky Lily was the whipped cream on top! Breakfast was delicious. The best hotel & staff out of the four facilities I stayed on my vacation!

L O V E D EVERYTHING❣️ I didn’t like that not every hotel has excellent staff as this Hilton. Registration was a breeze with Whitnee & Michaela. Pleasant & informative about nearby Bryce Canyon. The room was superb in it’s design {LOVED the light sensor up under the bed for safety in the dark), comfy bed, sleek furnishings allowing the natural beauty outside to be enjoyed from inside a crisp & clean room❣️

We did not have breakfast because we were up fairly early and heading into Zion National Park; breakfast on the hiking trails. The whole place is very well taken care of. Our room was spotless, the grounds, pool/hot tub, everything was in perfect condition. I read it was recently renovated and yeah, as far as I could tell everything was nice and new.

As I sat here writing this little review and mentally going through our entire stay, nothing comes to mind about the property itself. Every hotel was higher priced than I would like and only because of how close they are to Zion. 100% new that going in and expected it.

If your visit to Springdale is for hiking in Zion national park, the location of De Novo is perfect. We were so close to the park that we were able to beat all the other guests and find parking - but if you want a late start, the park shuttle also comes directly to the property. The views from our room were also exceptional and the renovation is fantastic. The quiet area of Springdale also offered a surprising amount of good dining and coffee shop options. We look forward to staying again.

I didn't love the sliding bathroom door which let in a bit of extra light into the room when my husband got up before me in the morning. Not a deal breaker by any means.

LOVED our room....great shower, TV and beds. Every room has a balcony with chairs/table overlooking a bunch of hoodoos. We didn't use the outdoor pool. but it was open in March and looked warm with people/families using it. The bar and resturant looked good too. but we didn't eat there. We ended up staying a second night, and staff was amazing finding us a room at a very good price.

If you can't do steps, make sure to ask for a ground level room, as there is no elevator. There was only one light switch in room, which turned on ALL the lights in room which provided nice lights surrounding bed/TV...it would have been nice to have been able to turn on only one of these amazing lighting options.

The hot pool, Jacuzzi and the 24 hr gym was the highlight. Also the property is at the quite side of the city which was nice. Nathan at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the stay excellent.

The Anex building didn’t have any lift to the below floors and no one to help with luggage. Also in the room, fresh water was not provided every day which was bizarre as there was note mentioning that there wd be charge for each bottle after 1st day. With the price being paid, least one expects is water.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Great view and the outdoor pool and jaccuzi are amazing for relaxing in the evening at sunset and under the moonlight.

There was a slight sewage-like odor in the bathroom, possibly related to the plumbing traps (such as the U-bend), which could be addressed to enhance guest comfort. Also, providing a fully stocked tissue box or an extra supply would be a nice touch to make the experience even better.

Hotel decor is very soothing and bright. Love the visible. Loved the views. Great that it is one of the shuttle stops. The room size was great.

In our room, which was across the street from the main building…. 1. If you are in the ground floor carrying heavy suitcases downstairs is a challenge. 2. I would suggest if you are not putting microwaves in the rooms it would be great to put one in the room with the ice machine. Sometimes you come back late from the park and want to heat something you bought from the supermarket. 3. Maintenance needs to inspect and fix the light in the shower stall. It was half falling out of the ceiling.

The staff was extremely rude, specifically the manager, a tall gentleman, bald with a beard, he was rude and astonishingly arrogant to all guests, including us. He seemed extremely bothered by simple questions about the hotel, he was managing. Also, the pool was ice cold and really unenjoyable
