Great location; convenient to the Zion shuttle stop. Breakfast at Oscar's was very nice. The jacuzzi was nice after a day of hiking. We especially enjoyed the view.

The breakfast voucher for Oscar's was great, although I wish the restaurant opened a bit earlier. We wanted to get a head start on our hike, but had to wait for the restaurant to open. I know that some people like a very soft bed -- I'm not one of them. The soft foam bed topper gave me a sore back :( The room was adequate; just big enough. It might feel bigger without the big chairs at the foot of the bed.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Red Rock Inn. We went during Memorial Day weekend (AKA the busiest weekend of the year) & staying here was 100% the right decision. We arrived, parked our car right next to our cottage, and then did not touch it for the duration of our stay. We walked into town, rented e-bikes, and used those the entirety of the long weekend to get around Springdale and in and out of Zion. Cannot recommend getting e-bikes through Zion Peddler more highly (recommended to us by Red Rock staff)-- fantastic. Red Rock partners with a restaurant next door for breakfast & gives you vouchers. My husband and I had coffee and entrees each morning that would have totaled $45 for the two of us and bc of the vouchers-- all taken care of, we just left a tip. Great meal every day. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in cottage 7, Angel's Landing, and it was perfect for our family of 4. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for walking around Springdale to the different shops and being right across the street from the grocery store and Zion Guru (where we got bikes one day and gear for the Narrows another day). The included breakfast at Oscar's was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were in our bathing suits and flip flops when we were notified that the hot tub was drained for cleaning. A heads-up would have been nice, but it was fine. At least we knew the water was clean when we were able to use the hot tub. :)

Exceptional stay in an adorable welll appointed super clean cottage with amazing views and excellent walking proximity to everything - restaurants, supermarket, ice cream, shops and the park bus all within minutes. Convenient parking steps from our room. You are also just a 15 minute walk or two minute drive to the park. Super comfortable bedding, full kitchen, great water pressure and an awesome patio with propane fire-pit to chill by at night or you can hop in the hot tub up the hill with amazing views. Breakfast at Oscars was amazing - yummy, fresh and great portions to prepare you for a hike. My daughter didn’t want to leave - would stay there again. With 1.5 baths and plenty of bed options (pull outs plus a queen bed) in the Angel’s landing cottage it is perfect for a family of up to six to stay comfortably. Beautiful cozy decor and lots of outlets to charge everything. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again.

The location is nice and convenient, there are grocery stores and souvenir shops within walking distance! The hot tub was a nice feature after a long hiking day in Zion… plus the view is beautiful! It would have been nice to have more light around the hot tub when it got darker since we wanted to hop in during the night. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it’s quite spacious and comfortable. Having the complimentary breakfast at Oscar’s Cafe was also great, especially to fuel up before a hike!

The heat from the heater collects too fast in the room, it woke me up many times during the night.

Roma was great and cosy, comfortable bed, super nice owner. Overall it’s a great stay, the downsides I had were unique to the timing. A simple communication with guest would solve them.

Photos were taken better days. When arriving there was renovation of a room in front of my room, for 2hrs I had construction workers. They were ok, but coming to holiday this was not expected.. Additionally breakfast was supposed to be included, in the morning I had a Vaucher to Breakfast in Oscar’s Cafe nearby, only to arrive to discover it’s closed. Office was never open to ask what’s the alternative, if there is one.. owners should advise on these kind of things.

Our stay at Red Rock Inn was fantastic! The woman who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming. It felt like we had our own little house in Springdale. The jacuzzi with views of Zion Canyon was surreal, like a dream. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was safe, and the area itself felt very secure. We also loved the breakfast spot where we got free vouchers. Great selection and super tasty. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a more personal, cozy experience close to nature, rather than staying in a big hotel complex. The Zion shuttle stop was also close by, making it super convenient for exploring the park. Everything was perfect, not a single complaint!

I loved everything of Red Rock Inn. The cabins are so nice furnished, super nicely decorated. Everything is top-notch. The communication with the manager was excellent, I came pretty late due to road issues, she helped with useful informations (e.g., where I can still find an open restaurant). Plus are the location (few km from Zion Park entrance), as well as the voucher for breakfast for a nearby cafe! Yummi !! I can only recommend this place if you wanna sleep in Springdale.

nothing at all to dislike

The location is awesome! We loved how it was right in town and walkable to the shuttle stop, grocery store, resturants, and other locations. Also, the view from the room was awesome! We also liked the size of the room and the decore. It was all quite visually appealing. You can tell they really tried to make the room and grounds look nice! The flowers around the grounds attracted humming birds which was nice!

The bed and pillows were not comfortable whatsoever. We had a hard time getting sleep, even after hiking all day! The bed seemed older and weak. The pillows did not give head support. Also, the bathroom seemed a little dirty. Maybe it was from the type of water? Also, the lighting around the grounds was lacking. It made it a little challenging to walk at night,.especially since there are some areas where you can easily fall walking from the office. They need to put lights actually showing the parking and walk ways.

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, accessing Zion National Park as you are right in the heart of Springdale. The local grocery is right across the street and the restaurant you receive vouchers for breakfast was amazing! We loved the fire pit on our patio and the jacuzzi tub too.

The hot tub was great but in the evening, the lights on the hilly path shine upwards and make it hard to see where you are stepping. Very beautiful property though!
