Excellent location, very close to shuttle station to Zion National Park. Good breakfast. Good view to the mountains and mini farm.

Unreasonably expensive! Rip customers off! No lift to the upper floor.

It was perfectly located with many conveniences. We enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding mountains, especially when we sat in the Jacuzzi & were surrounded by it. The room had thoughtful amenities, like a noise maker & a microwave/fridge. We loved walking out onto our back patio to see & visit the farm animals. We even saw a magnificent buck & his family grazing in the nearby grass. Our house keeper, Lisa, was so friendly & helpful. The hotel is walking distance to everything, including the free shuttle through town to Zion. We loved the restaurant…excellent food and service…& appreciated the yummy breakfast being included & the ice cream parlor!! As you can see, we can’t say enough good about this wonderful hotel and it’s employees. So friendly and professional.

Nothing.

Its just a 6 minutes drive by car to the entrance of Zion N.P. and a Springdale shuttle stop (that goes to the Zion N.P. entrance) is just 50 yards away from the Bumbleberry Inn's restaurant. . The complimentary breakfast there was quite good: tasty and large portions. Parking is free and fairly close to the rooms. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. The Inn has a decent sized pool. The staff were very accommodating in storing our bags after checkout. Rooms were very clean and modern.

The "Inn" is a cross between a hotel and motel with several 2 story buildings spread out over very large grounds. They are strict about checkout and charge you for every hour you over stay.

Excellent hotel, well located on the tourist strip outside of Zion National Park. Rooms are well back from the road, so nice and quiet. Swimming pool was lovely, with a lawn outside of the pool area, where we saw deer grazing one day. Breakfast at Porters was excellent and cooked to order. Oscar's cafe (a top rated place to eat on Tripadvisor) is just across the road. And the shuttle bus stop (for Zion) is right outside the hotel.

More expensive than other hotels we stayed in during our trip, but probably comparable to the other Zion hotels.

The place is quiet and nice - with outdoor pool and Jacuzzi and nice view to the mountains (see the attached pictures). Deers are visiting the motel's lawn. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is in a coffee nearby (named Porters). The room (in the ground floor) was nice, and the parking is very closed. The shuttle station (there are 4-5 stops from there till the park) is just in front of the motel, and there are few close places to eat - Oscar (Mexican/American) is great, and Meme's cafe and Porters are quite good.

The pool is small. You hear noises from the rooms in the upper floors. The refrigerator in the room freezed our fruits. The computer in the lobby was very slow. The breakfast in Porters is OK, but without fresh vegetables (like in breakfast in all other American places).

The rooms are very spacious and clean albeit a little outdated, but it didn’t bother us. They all have sliding glass doors to a patio looking towards the pool and beautiful mountains no matter the direction it’s facing. Each morning (per person)you get a voucher for free breakfast at the Bumbleberry Inn Restaurant; just bring cash for the tip. My husband loved his breakfast, but the French toast and biscuits and gravy could use some work. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is also a little petting zoo behind the hotel with goats and sheep. The goats were adorable rubbing against the fence begging to be pet…and for food of course. The gift shop is a must. They have everything from shirts and water shoes to grass flip flops and funny potholders. The ice cream shop has a variety of ice creams with themed names for Zion. I had bumbleberry cobbler ice cream and it did not disappoint! Overall I’d absolutely stay again.

It’s a little outdated and could use some upkeep. The ceiling in the bathroom had some rust and the shower curtain had a stain, but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

Convenient location, literally a mile walking distance from Zion entrance and close to everything else on the Main Street of Springdale. Shuttle comes right out front of the hotel near the Zion bank. Has a great view pretty much any room you get. Was clean, ac worked great, nice pool, ice machine, little area where you can see a few animals, a laundry room if needed. And the complimentary breakfast is one of the best when it has come to a hotel. They give you a voucher for a meal and 1 drink at the restaurant that is in the same parking lot. And it was good and lovely staff and a view at that!

It’s not a dealbreaker, but one of the things I was hoping to enjoy was a drink no matter what it was around the pool while being there. Apparently there’s no drinks or food allowed. Kinda kills the vibe. After a long hot day of hiking or whatever it may be, it’d nice to be able to enjoy that while being at the pool! The pool is still nice

Nice structure and good position. The room was comfortable, clean and there was a garden in his front, accessible from the room, with wild animals walking inside. Good breakfast provided by a coffee shop close to the hotel. Unfortunately the staff was not so kind. During the check in procedures they invited us to remove the car from the parking we used, that was an hotel reserved parking. Moreover, the following morning, I would like to leave the keys for the check out and the staff, who was inside the office, doesn’t answer me because it was officially closed (it was 5 minutes before opening time).

The breakfast that was included was extremely helpful & very good. Service was quick to get us into the park. The location was completly ideal. Very close to entrance at Zion, but most importantly right in the middle of restaurants etc. We did not use our vehicle once!

The only thing I would suggest is to make sure people know there is no elevator to the second floor. Maybe I missed that in the description, but I wish I had been able to ask for a first floor room. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means- but for some it might be.

What a lovely hotel and staff! I arrived much earlier than anticipated but the staff allowed me to park in their car park and, as the shuttle stop is a few yards from the hotel entrance, I managed to get an extra hike in that day. From the hotel to the park entrance is 20 mins/1 mile. I had a king room in block 300. I was able to park close to the entrance and could see some of the animals - spent some time with them the next morning 😊 The room was well laid out - the little hallway gave a real sense of space. There was a desk, chair, coffee-maker, fridge etc. all the things I needed. The bedroom window looked out onto the car park which was not noisy at all. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast at the cafe/restaurant (near the hotel entrance/driveway) was included in the room price. I sat in the outside seating - very welcoming with plenty of shade. I also had an evening meal there - the ham and pineapple sandwich which I can heartily recommend (photo). There was also a bakery which had fabulous baked goods and ice cream (seating inside and out). Attached to the restaurant and bakery was a very large gift shop. The walk around certainly helped me digest my meal 😊 The shop had a huge variety of goods from clothing and shoes to jewellery, books, bags, souvenirs etc. Well worth the visit. Walking past the shuttle stop, about 50 yards, was a great little supermarket (Sol Market). Great range of stuff including, of course, the most important thing to me - Milk. I’m a Brit and love milk in my tea 😊 I really enjoyed my two-night stay and would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.
