- reception first night staff. Unfriendly. I believe that when a guest arrives at a hotel for the first time, there is a minimum of courtesy protocol, for example: hello, how are you? The only words uttered were: passport and credit card. However, the person who checked us out the next day was more friendly and helped us with some questions about the park.

The Lobby and outdoor fireplace area are very nice and good to spend time there with coffee. Breakfast is decent, and nice spacious room. It is so nice to have an excellent Italian restaurant just across the street from hotel by walking distance.

When we checked in , we were being assigned a handicapped room with special shower area. Because we would like to have hot bath with a bath tub, so I went back to the front desk and asked why we were being assigned a handicapped room without mentioning anything about it during Check In. The lady said because our reservation was King size bed room, so as long as the bed was King Size as we booked, it doesn’t matter. They said all rooms were fully booked, so that was the only King size room left. My point was not the size bed, but curtesy and respect to customer. The receptionist should have mentioned to us about the situation in advance during Check In. Without saying anything was disrespectful. I do appreciate to another lady who arranged a queen size room for us with a bath tub after.

Pool, Fire table and backdrop were great! Breakfast was nice to have on site. Chose this hotel for its location. Location was exactly what I expected.

The service because I booked thru a third party was terrible. Treated like 3rd class citizens. Would not accommodate early bag check. Would not entertain a request for late check out and said it was because I booked with a third party. Not impressed as I am a Bonvoy member. Can’t remember why I booked thru booking. Com but i wouldn’t stay or recommend this property because of this experience. They provided a room and that’s it. Service must only come if you book direct. Why offer your rooms on a third party site if you don’t want the business.

The location is amazing, you are in the middle of so many restaurants and shops. There is even a shuttle stop to the park right outside. FeelLove Coffee is right next door and we are obsessed with them, we went every day. We were in awe of the view outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is modern and beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. I will most likely stay here again when we come back in October.

I understand this is not a problem with the hotel itself, just an issue that happened to arise while we were staying. I was going back and forth between booking this hotel and another because we were going to have a full day were we wanted to relax and be by the pool. I ultimately choose this one because the pool's atmosphere looked cool, there was a little fire place in the photos for the night time and a great view and when we got there there the pool was closed for maintenance. They allow us access to the Holiday Inn's pool but it was very small and crowded quickly because it was shared by both hotels.

All suites and there was a charging station for my EV car right in their parking lot. Water bottle refill station was great too

The floors in the bedrooms were not very clean. My kid was barefoot the first night and when she got in the shower she had so much dirt. We started wearing socks in the room. Plus it would’ve been much easier to bathe my child if there was a handheld shower head.

Property is beautiful. Location is great. Breakfast outside on the patio was so nice.

The staff was less than friendly. The front desk employees were less than welcoming.

The location to Zion is perfect as well as in relate the other shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast is a decent spread with a variety of options and the view in the dining room is beautiful!

Only complaint is the plumbing in our room was slow to drain in both the sink and tub but otherwise our room was spacious and clean. To be honest we weren’t in it a lot! Too much to do outside!

The hotel is located in a premium location, freshly built and with a magnificent view around everything. The staff was amiable and helpful. Good breakfast with enough choices.

The area around the sofa and the sofa itself was not clean. As we sat down to watch some movies after a long day, noticed that all over the sofa were food crumbs from previous guests. As it was late already and we were tired did not want to make a fuss about it. Everything else in the room was nice and comfortable, but due to this have a bit bitter feeling.

Great location, very comfortable room,just a few minutes from the entrance to Zion Park.

Overall we had a good experience, just to point out that the day before the reservation we called to find out the pet fee and they charged us $75 for the two dogs, when we arrived they charged us $75 for each one, I advise you to make sure of the fees to avoid any inconvenience.

The suite was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was incredibly cozy—one of the best we’ve ever slept on. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good selection of veggies and fruits. Overall, a great experience, and we’d love to stay again!
