The location was perfect — just 20 minutes from Zion National Park, which made it super convenient for our hikes. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast had a nice variety to start the day. I loved the huge gym and the pool area — both were great for relaxing after long days outdoors. Our rooms wrere very spacious, with two TVs and a beautiful view of the mountains. Plus, free parking was a big bonus!

The stay was a bit pricey compared to other options. Also, I would have appreciated more breakfast choices — especially fresh vegetables like tomatoes or some cheese to make sandwiches. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better; I could hear people from neighboring rooms, and at night I even heard someone snoring very loudly.

Location was ok. In the middle between La Verkin and Springdale. Clean large rooms, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast to start the day. Plenty of parking and a nice looking pool that sadly we did not have the time to enjoy.

The beds could be a bit more comfy for our tastes. We found them to be a bit too hard for us but that is a matter of preferences of course. Lack of restaurants close by was something we found missing after about 2 days. But looks like there are some new construction going on so this may be fixed soon.

Lovely staff, very comfortable, large beds and clean, quiet rooms. Good location for both park and Hurricane. Felt much better than a 3 star hotel. Loved that it had a laundry room as we needed it after a week of hiking. Good breakfast choices.

Shower a bit weak. Far too much single use plastic being used at breakfast - recycling bins should be provided for cardboard plates instead of one landfill bin for everything. Reusable or recyclable cutlery please, it’s time to catch up with the rest of the world when it comes to looking after our planet!

Excellent place to stay while visiting Zion parks and area ! We had a blast lounging by the pool enjoying the warm sunshine and gorgeous views plus nice music ! We were enjoying the hot tub the night we arrived as we had walked the narrows all day and were completely exhausted! Our beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Best coffee too! Laundry room was very clean ! Loved our stay immensely!

I think you need a bigger sign ! My daughter drive us and relied on the huts across the street to remind us where to turn !

The booking was fully pre-paid through booking.com. At the check-in, they asked for a credit card for the security deposit.... and charged the whole amount again from that credit card! I almost paid twice. I had to discuss it three times before the issue was fixed: the night before checking out; the concierge told me they couldn't deal with this type of problem. The following day, I was told there was no issue at all. And the third time, after I checked out and got the final receipt, it showed that I would be charged again! Be careful and check everything if you do not wish to pay twice!

This property was in the perfect location for my expedition to Kolob Mountain and Reservoir. The room was spacious. The king bed was clean and very comfortable. I love the extra space with the suite. I had everything I needed at this new property.

Surprisingly, I don't have much that I didn't like. But if I am going to be nitpicky, having friendlier interaction at check in would have been the cherry on top.

The breakfast was really nice, the usual fare of eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, etc., and nice room for it. The pool was great! Plenty of room to exercise at different depths, water temperature was perfect, adequate number of lounge chairs, whirlpool, and the place was really clean. The grounds were beautiful—blooming rose bushes and nice landscaping. Rooms were nice and quiet, bathroom had a nice double sink and lots of room. Nice shower, too.

Lack of furniture in such a big room. Only one chair and a table. At least, a couple of chairs should be available. Por breakfast for such a hotel, but in line with the breakfast at least in all SW USA. Do not expect the variety usually offered in Europe

There was always staff cleaning and everytime we passed in the hallway they greeted us. Fantastic breakfast choices and plenty of tables and booths for seating plus tables out on the patio with magnificent views of the mountains. Comfy beds. Close to Springdale shuttles and the entrance to Zion National Park. Nice fitness center and guest laundry. I would definitely recommend this property.

I have no complaints or negative comments about our stay.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Well located relative to Zion which we were visiting. Clean and large room, and the hot tub was perfect for post hiking recovery!

The hot tub was small, and tended to be overrun with parents and children (up to 6!), that made it hard to find time to enjoy the jacuzzi. Also, while well located for the Zion amenities, the dining options are further away and had off hours that made finding suitable dinner options tricker.
