Check in was a breeze, front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Bellhop wouldve been nice due to our large family, but for the price I can understand not employing someone extra. Lobby was bright and inviting, pool area was very clean and fun for the kiddos. Only complaint was the elderly couple that apparently hates children having fun in the pool. They were under the impression that it was a retirement hotel or something cause as soon as our kids got in, they got visibly upset and got out. To top it off, the older gentleman felt the need to change out of his swimsuit while his wife held a towel around him.... maybe save that for your room? Breakfast was nice but would love to see a few more food options. In all, a wonderful 2 night stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Zion. The location’s great — about a 20–30 minute drive to the park entrance — and easy to get to. We booked one of the balcony rooms and it really made the stay feel more special. The room was clean, spacious, with a big TV and all the essentials. Breakfast was quite busy throughout, with waffles, fruit, cereals and heat-up breakfast sandwiches. We ended up taking ours back to the room to eat on the balcony, which was lovely. Coffee was available throughout the day as well. There are a few food spots within walking distance and a big supermarket nearby too. We didn’t try the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked popular and well used. All in all, a solid stay and the upgraded balcony room was definitely worth it.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone right away. The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and settle in. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to reach by car, with on-site parking that made things even easier. Also not too far away from Zion.

The only downside was that breakfast didn’t start until 7 a.m., which felt a bit late, especially for those with early morning plans or travel schedules.

Room was clean good location close to Zion. Room rate was excellent.

House keeping entered room without knocking while in shower. Water pressure was up and down while taking shower. Having kids didn’t care for the sliding bathroom door with no lock. Previous reviews claimed to have a good free breakfast. All that was offered was microwavable breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and batter to make your own waffles not overwhelming or impressive by any stretch of the imagination.

The hotel is very nice, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great value.

Clerk failed to tell us that breakfast ended at 9 AM on Sundays, so on Sunday morning at 9:05, when we went to the breakfast area, it was closed. I stay in Choice, Hilton, Marriott, BW, and many other breakfast servicing hotel chains. I have never been to a hotel that does not close breakfast before 9:30 AM. I should have chose the Comfort Suites down the street. Sorry Wyndham, things like this will influence my hotel selection. Wyndham, only in an emergency.

The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in a well-lit area right next to a main road, surrounded by numerous shops and dining options. The check-in receptionist was wonderfully friendly and made the process incredibly easy (I didn’t catch her name, but she was great). My room was not only clean but also very comfortable, and I loved being able to see my car parked outside. Overall, I would rate my stay a 10/10! I look forward to returning on my next trip to Zion.

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel absolutely new, upgraded, and clean. Loved it,! The breakfast was okay, but not what I expected. I am gluten free so like scrambled eggs or boiled eggs. They have neither! They gave Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and you microwave. The other disappointment is they start at 7 am and to hike the narrows at Zion it is recommended to be there closer to 6 am so wish they served it at 6am.

Breakfast could be improved and served earlier. Most other hotels were 6 or 6:30am to 9:30. 7 is late if needing to get a parking spot in Zion visitor center. They open at 6 and are full before 8 am.

Spotlessly clean, it feels like a new hotel - all furniture appeared new and excellent condition. All staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again!

The included self-serve breakfast has very limited options. The packets of oats (to add hot water/milk to) were incredibly sweet and full of sugar. A selection of breakfast muffins (similar to McDonald’s) were available pre packed but hot, but I didn’t try any. No healthy options at all… except a bagel you could toast and add butter/cream cheese to.

Clean and friendly staff

I like the property. Everything is spotless and breakfast was good! My only problem was the system when I did an early check in, I was charged twice of my hotel fee even if I already pre-paid here in booking.com. It was such a bummer because the refund came in 4 days later and I was on a tight budget and needed that money for my travel. My bank went negative and I was charged the overdraft fee many times until I was able to reload my account. I lost $144 from bank fees because of that.

Newer hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast. It’s an easy drive to Zion NP which made this location great. Super Walmart close and plenty of restaurants around. Rooms had a larger fridge which was very nice. Beds were comfy and the pool and hot tub were nice to cool off and soak worn out muscles after hiking.

Location was good and pool was refreshing. Nice breakfast options.
