I chose Rodeway Inn Hurricane for its proximity to Zion National Park. I originally planned to camp at Zion NP but with daytime temperatures above 100 degrees I decided to find a reasonable priced motel nearby and just visit Zion during the day. The room was large, the AC and Wi-Fi worked well, and the facilities were quite good for the price. The rate included breakfast (toast, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice), okay but a bit tiresome after three mornings. One rule I liked was "No Backing In" (your vehicle). If you have experienced the loud pick-up truck backed in with the exhaust pipe a couple feet from your door you understand how helpful this rule was. The location was great. There were many restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery store about 3/4 a mile away. Overall, a good choice.

There were a couple of items that made the stay less than perfect. Two doors down from my room must have been a permanent room for maybe maintenance workers. They would pull their car up, open the hatchback and play quite loud music and sit outside their room. The music was annoying when inside my room. Second, I noticed my feet were dirty from just walking around barefoot on the carpet. Not slightly but very noticeable. I am sure a good carpet cleaning would rectify the issue.

Overall, I liked everything, it's just right for an overnight stay. The staff is polite, ready to help. The room was clean enough, the bedding too. The beds, pillows and mattress are comfortable, it was comfortable to sleep.

I was a little disappointed by the lack of an iron

It was close to the National Park. Clean, but not new, and comfortable. Pretty quiet too.

The breakfast was fine for my son, but if you’re laying off carbs, there’s nothing there for you but coffee. To be fair, though, it was the same in every hotel we stayed in that trip.

Nice pool, perfect for a quick dip after a long hot day. Very good continental style breakfast. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Good location, short walking distance to many food outlets & restaurants.

Nothing negative to say.

Loved the location and pricing, the Pizza Wagon across the street is AMAZING, and the free breakfast includes waffles! Front desk staff is friendly and we happily recommend friends stop here for an overnight before/after hiking trips in the region.

A good location, a comfy bed, a microwave, an excellent shower. All I needed. Convenience stores and restaurants are a short drive away.

With endless taxes etc, I thought it pricey - but I stayed in mid-May which, for all I know, could have been peak season!

The rooms were cleen and big enought. Pool was a big plus also breakfast for that price it was one of the best accomodations we have. For breakfast there was cereals, waffels, fruits, toast, muffins. Employees were always heplfull we even stay here for one more night as planned. Najlepši ujo ind.

very clean and comfortable room, great pricing and accommodations, staff was super helpful when I needed to book an additional night there.

i guess if I had to pick one thing the pool was a little eh and there were the occasional cockroaches near the dumpster and in the parking lot. but that paled in comparison to the positives.
