It was good to be in a town close to the Grand Canyon, that also had other eateries and services. The hotel was comfortable, quiet had a good breakfast and a pool as well. It's better having 11am checkout than the usual 10am. It's a very good quality hotel and I am happy to stay there again should I revisit the area.

I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like about the hotel. I'd really like a kettle with tea bags and real fresh or UHT milk, but I understand that tea isn't a popular drink in the USA. The eateries in the area close at 9pm or earlier which is sometimes too early for me.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Spoke with Shea on the phone to let her know we'd be arriving later than planned. When we checked in, she gave us a ton of helpful information on restaurants and our plan for the park. The other gentleman there in the evenings offered to help carry in luggage and had a good sense of humor. Free hot breakfast was really good and added value. The location is 30 minutes outside Zion National Park, but for the money you save, it's totally worth it! It's also a good location near the gas station and right on the road to the park and getting in/out onto the road was easy. The bed and pillow here were very comfortable. I slept without waking (a miracle when I sleep in hotels) and I didn't really want to get up in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was really busy with other travelers, which made for some additional noise that I could have done without. The room itself was small, and the shower curtain was a little dirty - probably time for a new one - but other than that, I can't complain!

This is a great hotel about the 30 minutes (barring traffic) from Zion Nat'l Park visitors center where the shuttle busses leave to drop people at various stops in the park. The staff (especially Nicholas at the front desk) are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and proactive in accommodating guests needs without being intrusive. There's a coin operated laundry on site, included breakfast, a decent pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and good AC.

Nothing to note here. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Zion again.

The room we got was probably the biggest hotel room we’ve ever stayed at! We had a big entrance with open space living room (couch, tv, mini fridge and A/C), as well as a big bedroom with its own tv and A/C. The bathroom was also huge with two doors, one from the bedroom and one from the entrance. The pool was amazingly refreshing after hiking on a 38 degree day!

The breakfast was not very good, but very typical. Would also like to have kitchenware, as it was hard to bring take outs to the room.

This Best Western Plus had one of the BEST continental breakfasts my husband and I have EVER had! Fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, hot potatoes, a choice of different cereals, hard boiled eggs, pastries, waffles, pancakes, juices, delicious coffee,etc.

The ONLY complaint we have is that for people ‘coming in’ late at n ight (whoo might need to sleep a little later) the breakfast needs to be one our LONGEr. The serving hours at this hotel are 6-9 AM and 6-10 would be MUCH more helpful! ;-)

Location to Zion; Everything; breakfast starts at 6am so you can power through it and drive to Zion to be on the early shuffle (they start at 7am) before the crowds set in.

Three nights, and basically no room cleaning: the lady only changed the towels twice, but bed was never made. This is a minor detail in an otherwise excellent stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of different menu options. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The fitness room needs some attention. Broken cable machine with no signage. Inability to access personal streaming services on the televisions was also disapointing.

Efficient and easy processes. Spacious room, plenty of linens and supplies. Laundry facilities were very convenient and reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant and competent. Peruvian restaurant in Hurricane was excellent.

Room had a slightly musty smell on entering each time. Shower lacked a spray wand, meaning it's hard for guests to get really clean and, significantly, hard for staff to clean the shower. Area restaurant options are limited, food tended to be heavy and overcooked.

I liked the location of the hotel very much especially so it was not that far from Zion National Park South Entrance. I loved the experience i had one morning when I had to leave while it was still dark and the attendant offered me a take out breakfast. That really helped me a lot on my hike that morning. Thank you...

The front desk staff was very healpful, and friendly. The breakfast was fenomenal with a lot of ptotein options. Exactly what you definitly need before a day of hike. They also had a laundry facility, and the pool, and jacuzy was exellent after a day of hike. It was the best value for your investment. I became a reward member, and i am looking forward for another Best Western plus on my trips.
