The room was very clean. Staff was nice and the location was convenient. The Indian restaurant at the hotel was great also.

The place isn't very pretty from the outside but inside it was great.

The site was approximately 20 minutes away from Zion national Park. The drive was an easy one and well worth the significantly lower cost of lodging. They were restaurants primarily in the next town about 2 miles away. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the cooling system worked, and there was certainly adequate hot water for the shower. We had a booking mixup through a booking agency, but the desk employee was very helpful in clearing that up and in general was a pleasure to deal with.

1) This is a large property with the entrance on a side facing. You then have to drive through an entrance to get to the rooms and there are only a couple of outside metal doors staircases leading up to the second floor, no elevator. 2) I would’ve liked the ability to sign into some of the video streaming services (using my own signin, of course) I suspected if I had brought my own Roku or Amazon device, I might have been able to plug it in, but I didn’t look in the back of the TV to see if it was accessible. Fortunately, I had previously previously downloaded some movies onto my iPad for entertainment. 3) Wi-Fi was spotty. While our room had minimal reception not sufficient for getting video services on my iPad the room next to ours had superb reception.

A dated property, but a decent sized room at a great price. A good place to stay if visiting Zion National Park. Our room was on the ground next to a main road, but appeared to have some soundproofing and traffic levels were low at night, so able to sleep okay. Breakfast was supplied and okay.

Note: If going to Zion be early. Google took us to the Kolob entrance to the park, which meant a considerable drive back to the main entrance at Springdale, which, by the time we got there, meant there was no parking, so we were limited to a drive thru (which was still stunning). The motel is not near the town centre, not that that concerned us.

Our stay experience here was overall good. We paid around $105 inclusive of all taxes. This place is conveniently located about 30 mins from Zion NP. Also in La Verkin, this place is appropriately located with all basic amenities and good restaurants available nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from my room was beautiful as well. There is ample parking space available. The front desk was helpful and informational. Didn’t ask for any additional service so overall it was good. The available free breakfast was good too. Although next time if I am visiting Zion or any of my friends I are, I would first ask them to checkout Springdale for accommodation which is just at the entry of the park and obviously would be more expensive. But with what I paid, my experience was definitely of great value. Additional plus was the Red Fort Indian restaurant located right at the property which was really very good.

outdoor parking areas could be better swept up for loose trash. several aluminum cans and light debris was seen - yet there are trash cans available to place these items - unsure if staff was unaware or tourists not respecting the property Our Room smelled of Indian spices. Someone the night before must have eaten in the room - but if cleaned the next day - why the smell if air flowed in? ( Note: I did not complain to staff about this) A/C a bit loud but cooled the room. Management's family's little children should not be playing in an active parking lot when drivers are not expecting to see children playing when driving thru the "Tunnel" to park in the parking area. It is a safety issue that needs attention.

Just 20 mins from Zion NP. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. To my surprise breakfast was better than expected. They had waffle , muffins, cereals , scrambled eggs , coffee , yogurt , oranges. The property manager Mr. Harry was helpful. We forgot smartwatch in the room and Mr. Harry made sure it was delivered to us. Also, to mention they have an amazing Indian restaurant at the property which is opened till 10:00 pm .

Our stay here was very good. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed in it. The people who run this place are extremely hard working, polite, and try to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Yes, it has its quirks, like super low sinks in the bathroom, but they're not so bad. Breakfast was really good!

The only thing I didn't like was the other guests, who tended to be rude, and hoarded food at breakfast time.

When budget friendly, the room met our expectation. The motel's interior was new. The room was clean and big enough for us. It was nice to have microwave and refrigerator. There was an authentic indian food restaurant next to the hotel. I think they are in the same building, so perhaps same owner. There was a local grocery store nearby.

Not picky but I wished breakfast came with more protein, such as eggs, as the only "protein" were yogurt and milk. The motel's exterior looked old but it was not a big issue.

Good size room, quiet. Laundry was useful. Breakfast was included and average, though seemed quite basic quality items. The breakfast room is soulless though. Goid Indian restaurant on site. Good location for national park. Good price.

Convenient location. Ample parking. Nice comfy beds. Close to the National Park.

Appearance of the hotel from the parking lot isn't very appealing. Once inside the hallway and the room, looks far better. Bathroom had a bad mold like odour. After keeping the door open for a while with the light on, it went away. Overall, good value for money as it's not very expensive.
