Clean, stylish, convenient, very attentive, responsive, and accommodating staff, quiet (small property with free-standing individual units!), well-appointed (fully stocked kitchen!), fenced in yard and turf for dog (the perfect set up next to renting a private home), river and hiking trail connected (Confluence Park) great for morning walk, next to famous River Rock Coffee Roasters great food & coffee

Only thing is the busy road has pretty steady traffic, even at night. However the units all face away from the road into the canyon to minimize street noise and enjoy the nature views. Pool is also very small and wasn’t working when I was there, but there are lakes nearby and hot springs across the street

Loved the overlooking view balcony, the private buildings so everything stayed perfectly silent, and the location was exceptionally close to everything we could hope to want to explore during our stay.

The early checkout time of 10am was a bit too early for us. We tend to stay out all day when traveling so we have a late evening to wind down which means a slow morning, and having to rush out at 10am was a bit hectic. 11am or 12am would have been much more welcome for us slow-morning people.

I walked to the coffee shop next door for dinner and breakfast. The food was very good. Those that worked there were friendly and helpful. It was perfect. I saw no staff members from the Dwelling. Everything was arranged thru texts, which was convenient. The furnishings were comfortable. My dog and I hiked Confluence Park Trail in the evening moonlight as well as during the morning sunrise. Though still a work in progress, the trail and historic sites were interesting and informative.

The unit was part of a group of modern, well-maintained cabins which were of high quality and unique design. The unit was well equipped with everything one would need for an extended stay. Management had excellent, timely and informative communication, including email and text. A phone number was provided for any questions or needs..

The unit had two large TV's with access to many streaming services. One TV on which we tried to watch Netflix was in Japanese and we could not return the language on this service to English. Just a technical problem, but frustrating.

Beautiful location and view! Very close to a coffee shop that we were able to walk to and order dinner from!

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the space and the room was very hot after returning from hiking all day in Zion.

The place was so clean and modern the view was beautiful and enjoyed the pool we will definitely be back and stay longer!!! The staff was very friendly. The pool towels were soft and used the pool shower very handy right by the pool. The chairs on patio very comfortable

Everything was great!!!

The location was lovely. It felt like being at home. Everything was spotless and comfortable not to mention peaceful and quiet. Little details like the sound spa and our own patio made me want to extend my stay. The fact that we were close to all the things we like to do was a bonus.

Favorite part of the whole room was sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful view!

The room was hot and muggy when we arrived, took a long time to cool down. And there was hair on the bathroom door and in the ice cube tray.

Beautiful location, loved the easy check in and out process. Overall a great stay, kitchen could stocked a little better but we were able to manage. Great, large bathroom. Would return here.

Such a great place with great views, a lot of space, made us feel right at home! Hosts were very communicative throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay there again!
