Staff friendly, breakfast bar good and room and facility clean. Bathroom was a good size and accessible for toilet and sink only.

Price was way too steep. We have gotten more elsewhere with same money. There was no fridge, no microwave in rooms. A tub and not shower for accessible room and even with tub bars not adequate and very dangerous piece stick out when put bench down. So the person in wheelchair was not able to shower. The way the bathroom set up for accessible was not suitable for a person with very limited movement. Needs a wheel in shower. Wheelchair accessible. Telephone didn't work to call front desk.

The best part of being there was the morning breakfast service and access to the pool and the gorgeous view of the mountains.

I was upset about finding a dead bedbug on the pull out couch and I put it in an empty cup and put the cup on top of the table next to the TV.

The pool was very dirty had a lot of hair in it. It look like dog hair … the sauna smell like urine… and we went outside to sit outside in the chairs and one guy jumped over the fence and jump back over. I don’t know what that was all about. Just my thought I think you should use real silver ware and plates for breakfast. When we went to take a shower in our room, it had hair in the drain … but besides that everything was great comfortable bed

It was exactly what I needed. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in, good waffles for breakfast. The manager was super friendly and personable.

It was great. Cell service in the whole town is spotty, so the wifi was nice.

Breakfast was delicious and the room clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Staff was helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Location was easy to get to. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Pool could have been a little warmer but it was a good size to do laps.

no fridge or microwave in room--turns out you have to ask for a room with these amenities--you shouldn't have to ask; rather skimpy towels for the pool--had to use three of them

The staff was wonderful. Shane helped me as my back went into spasms got a wheelchair helped my aunt get out things to the room. Checked on me several hours later and brought me patches for my back. A perfect gentleman and so compassionate.

We were pleased with everything.

Pool was great. Staff was very accommodating. Had the rollaway bed we requested in the room upon check in. Requested a fridge for our child’s medication and they accommodated us with a little cooler fridge for the room.

Only bonus would be if room came with mini fridge/microwave but it was comfortable.

Clean, friendly staff, spacious room, walk in shower, Chili's restaurant walkable, quiet, we'd stay again if we're in the area.

Having a pool was great. Breakfast was superior compared to other places. Hotel was clean.b.

The trash was not removed from the coffee area. All the tables were cleaned with one cloth only. Trash was not removed from our room.
