The room was large, clean, and had amazing views of the VT mountains!

Everything was great! Grasping at straws here, I did have to park in an auxiliary parking lot since the parking at the hotel was full. Not that bit of an issue but my recently clear car got a little dusty (no big deal at all), doesn’t even knock any points off the 10/10 stay.

Rooms are well-appointed, in a spare and simple style that I really appreciate. Comfortable beds, nice little kitchenette, and a bathroom with good counter space. Weather was hot, and it was great to have a pool; families with young kids were enjoying it too! Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Wonderful to have the pub right there after a long day; very good food and an outstanding selection of local craft beers on tap.

A few things weren't working: the front revolving door that lets you roll in a luggage cart, the arcade room (not important to me, but kids really love it), and the main restaurant isn't open. They're doing some construction and renovation, so things should be better once they're finished.

Big, charming hotel right at Burke's ski slopes. Friendly staff, very spacious room w/ kitchenette and balcony, nice pool/hot tub/fitness center, convenient cafe, impressive views over the valley.

Minor issues: the sink in the large bathroom did not drain well, the fitness center closed too early, and the mattress and pillows were a bit too soft. But overall we were very happy and hope to return!

Hotel had a pipe freeze during an extremely cold period resulting in water damage and closure of more than 50% of the hotel rooms as well as additional spaces. This created an environment where construction and a remedial equipment were located throughout the hotel. Despite this, the hotel did its best to make our February 2023 stay enjoyable. Major issue was either with Bookings.com or the hotel. We booked through Bookings.com and when we arrived at the hotel, not all of the nights we had booked were available. Hotel staff handled this problem reasonably well but there seemed to be a disconnect between the hotel and Bookings.com.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms were very comfortable.

The pool was freezing cold. The restaurant food options were not very good and very expensive. No breakfast option.

Loved this lodge. Large, spacious room with a king-sized bed, fireplace and all the amenities I could want. The restaurant food was delicious, with portions that would give an all-day skier a stomach ache. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful view. I’ve travelled extensively over the last 25 years. I’ve stayed in some rally nice hotels.For the money, this lodge cannot be beat.

The food. I gained a pound for every day I was there.

The room was nice and comfortable. It had a fireplace and kitchenette, which were a bonus. We were traveling through the area so unfortunately didn't have time to stay and enjoy the property. We wish that we could have!

We ate at the quick service for breakfast. We needed to leave early so it was a nice option, though the food was only okay.

Location, the scenery and hotel site.

We were disappointed in the eating accommodations. The website stated there was a dining room, but the pub was the only available accommodations for dinner. The food was ok, but nothing memorable.

The west view was amazing and the room was large.

Wish there were towels down by the pool and hot tub. Also there was no instructions on the hot tub on how to turn on the jets. A lack of staff meant there was no room cleaning between nights but we understood these things are out of the hotel's control. Next time I would request a balcony so we could sit out to enjoy the west facing view.

The hotel rooms were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities in the rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable and we truly enjoyed the balcony.

Food and Beverage, there were limited breakfast options which was disappointing. Had a hard time even figuring out if it was open or not. Parking is a mess, poor lighting, signage etc. from the parking lots, stairs, walk paths are not good. This needs to be addressed.
