Clean, convenient, front desk friendly.

Juice machine mix was bad. All juices were extremely weak and tasted like water. I complained and the front desk said they knew about it and was going to get it fixed. The person keeping the breakfast area stocked was not wearing gloves and he mashed down the trash into the trash can ( up to his elbow) then started replenishing the plates , knives, forks and spoons. Really gross. Then I saw him wipe his nose with his hand. Nasty!

There were gluten free options which was a great surprise! Udi’s bagels, fruit, yogurt, gluten free butter. Kitchen staff also offered to bring me an egg cooked in the wrapper before adding to the tray so I could avoid cross contamination!

The price was a bit high. I asked the front desk about information on nearby Mt. Washington and she had no idea what I was talking about. We ended up at a nearby store and they gave us helpful info.

Loved the location being less than 20 miles from home. We are newlyweds. Looked to stay away one night before we go out of the area in June. Facility was immaculately clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Stayed in room 302. Bed was hard but clean. Ice machine down the hall from our room didn't work. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Very nice woman even rinsed out my Yeti so that I could make iced coffee! When checking out she was cleaning a room on the 4th floor. Kudos to her if she is the one person show cleaning and running the breakfast area!

Broken elevator and the one that was working took forever which made us weary of getting stuck.

It was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One elevator didn't work and the other felt like it was going to quit while you were in it. The location is, we'll, ugly. For that price, a nice view of the mountains would have helped.

The hotel is fairly new an is kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices from hot to cold and fresh fruit too. Great coffee of all kinds 24/7 in lobby. Easy access to highway 93 N/S . We will definitely book again. A bit pricey for us hikers but worth it. Across the street from food and general shopping and just down the street from downtown Littleton.

The staff mentioned there were some computer issues but got us checked in before we had to leave for our event. The staff provided us with great service and a great room location for your family. We really appreciate the location, the service and the quality of all parts of our stay!

Wonderful little gem of a hotel. Very clean, quiet and well located. Ski resorts within a quick drive. I would recommend this place definitely. Breakfast was full, meaning, scrambled eggs and omelette, potatoes and sausages. There was also fresh waffle station. Plenty of cereal options and yogurt. Fresh juices and coffee. Hotel pool was a hit with teens in our group. Towels were provided at the pool which was great because we did not bring our own.

I really can not think of anything. Checking in was quick and pleasant.

Loved the area that the hotel was in.. Plenty of restaurants and a Walmart right across the street. Pool was open from 6 am to 10 pm! The breakfast---- WOW! scrambled eggs, Western omelet, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereals, potatoes, sausage, OJ, just to name a few. And the attendant kept the items filled! I am gluten free and they checked to make sure I was safe in my food choices.. They even had gluten free bagels!

I didn't like that my credit card was charged again after I paid 30 days in advance! But the credit card was refunded with 3 to 4 days. The reason given- I had used Booking.com and there is something wrong with that app working with theirs! Well if the reason is because you need the credit card for a deposit in advance for damages JUST SAY SO! . Don't malign an app that gets you bookings!

Breakfast was great. The reason we picked this hotel was to have a pool to swim in during our stay. The pool was great although did not seem as though it was a heated pool it was quite cold getting into it.
