It was a little too indulgent for just myself, as I went to take advantage of the Kingdom Trails. They are right amidst the Darling hill sections. Ride in Ride out, Separate fee to Kingdom Trail Association. The food was good. This was my second time, in the Kingdom trails, last year I made the decision, whilst having dinner in their restaurant, that I was going to stay at the Wildflower next time. I was not disappointed.

The Wildflower Inn is a quintessential quaint Vermont Inn. We came primarily to bike and were pleased with the easy access to shop across the street. The Inn itself was being refreshed, but looked like it was maintaining its charm. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect for a dip after a hot bike ride.

The room was a little dated, but that is to be expected in an older building like the one we were staying in. The Inn does a nice job of keeping some of the charm but keeping the rooms comfortable.

Our room really worked for our needs. A suite with two separate bedroom was clutch when traveling with the kids. The fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise and worked well for keeping water cold for our rides.

It was an all round great place to call base camp after long days out on the trail. I wish the on site restaurant was ok, the lunch service from the trailside cafe had very limited options.

EVERYTHING! The staff, the location. Everything was so intricately prepared with love and it showed. They welcomed us with open arms. We felt so comfortable and welcome and at home.

I honestly cannot think of anything we didn't like. I'm sure there is nothing.

There is nothing more beautiful than waking up on Darling Ridge. This property is beautifully situated and comfortable. Sure, the decor is a bit dated, but everything is very clean, great beds and linens, nice coffee facilities. Don’t hesitate!
