They don't offer breakfast

I don't like the fact that they were over booked & decided to lie about things to cover their ass. We were told that we called up management in the middle of the night, yelling & cussing them out. NONE WAS TRUE! My boyfriend & I were passed out by 10pm (he wasn't feeling good & I just worked an all day shift) they refused to give me another night and locked me out of the room before check out time!!!! All this time, it was the room next to us being all loud & disturbing the quiet. Management even said they knocked on our door to "address the issue"....they did not. I am an extremely light sleeper when I'm not in my own bed....NOBODY knocked on our door, or I would of answered it completely sleepy & confused.

My room was very clean! The bathroom was sparkling ✨️ I had a non-smoking room & it didn't smell too bad at all..the cleaning lady was so nice-she even made sure I had all of my belongings before checking out.

Didn't really like having to pay $10/hr after check out time; usually it's offered as a courtesy. But, I appreciate being able to sleep in a little bit longer.

Good value for the price. Room was clean and well furnished, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, check in / check out procedures were fast.

Room was close to Jefferson Ave - both road traffic and noise from other rooms could be clearly heard. Rooms further from the road may offer a better experience.

It was conveniently located near a lot of places to eat. The location was perfect. The parking was great.

It does not have early check in. I was traveling from out of town and was tired. No early check in so I went and got something to eat.

I liked the microwave and the little refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. I like the cable channels that were available. The MTV live which plays music videos was cool. This motel is in a good location. It's close to the Patrick Henry Mall and it also has bus stops close by. That's as convenient as it gets.

I was supposed to had free wifi. The Wi-Fi password didn't work. I had to use my own cellular data on my phone which costs me money. I wish the staff had given me a password that would work. The bathtub didn't have a stopper in it. I couldn't relax and take a nice hot bath. I could get a shower though. At least, I was clean.

The location and I felt safe and it was super clean inside and on the grounds

The only issue was when we went to leave we stood at the window to turn in the key but no one came. My husband found housekeeping and they told us we were just supposed to leave the key in the room and leave the door open. It wasn't a big deal it just would've been nice to be informed.

I didn't eat breakfast. I slept in. The location is perfect.

I wish that the tub would have a stopper in it.

The location was perfect. Close to Ft Eustis and so many restaurants and stores. And the price was exceptional.

The only downside was the people next to us. They were loud and kept slamming the door shut til 2 in the morning.

Great location drove from New England to spend time with my family that I have not seen in years no issues with the facilities at all
