The bed was comfortable n nice room was clean

The bathroom is didn't like the bathroom i got with the room .And the curtains at the window on the first floor i think they need to change those style bcuz if someone passing the window they can c everything in that room on the first floor no privacy

Nice & clean room for the price. Easy check im & out. I love their free infused lemon water. Staff are nice & accommodating.

We have to ask for additional towels. Coz I booked a roomn for 3 & they just gave us 2 bath towels. The TV is hard to turn back on, we have to call just to turn it on.

a/c unit didn’t work.. never came on & the room was so hot we had to open the window, thank God for the nice breeze but now my allergies are messing up. we got in our room late so didn’t feel like switching rooms. & housekeeping being annoying before check out because they was trying to clean rooms early like that’s my fault

Breakfast was good. Not a lot of choices as some hotels usually have.

The facility is old and in need of a renovation. I was told that the price for our room was going to be $40 less than what we had prepaid, due to some of the areas being under improvement. However there was no credit given to my credit card that reflected any reduction in the room rate. I would like to be contacted privately by the hotel to see if there was a credit back to booking.com for the room rate and why that credit was never sent to my credit card. The hotel will have all my personal info to call or text me regarding this matter.

gym in hotel was a nice addition, and having the washer and dryer at the end of the hall made doing laundry easy and safe feeling

the fridge didn’t really keep anything cold, and the shower was either really hot or really cold

Breakfast was good hit that spot 😋. Need to commadate for lactose guest, by survey, almond milk. Try a Breakfast casserole for options or omelets! But. Overall great service!

Breakfast was good! Could be better! Muffin egg bites! Different meats! Veggies bites! Oh! Parfaits! Build ur Breakfast burritos! Endless. No! Shade! Ate like a champ!! Do a survey for guest as they check in. Different days do something different! Love yall! Be back sooooooon!!

Location was exactly what we needed, breakfast was ok. Only issue I had was Saturday afternoon there was not hot water. All in all though not a bad stay.

Did get woken up multiple days by house keeping wanting to come in. We had no Do Not diturb sign in our room.

the fridge wasn’t cleaned and rug was dirty with stains no free water at all and vending machine ran out of water

The staff were very friendly & the hotel was about 12 mins away from Busch Gardens! Great location & the room was CLEAN! I’m talking squeaky clean, and I’m very picky regarding the places I stay when out of town. Breakfast was really good too & wasn’t the bland breakfast most hotels serve. I’ll be booking again the next time we visit!!!

The facilities were updated and cozy. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Very clean throughout. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

I always think the Air conditioning units can be cleaner in hotels.....but I am a housekeeper so that's a given.
