We did like this hotel, however the first night the room air conditioning would not turn off and was next door to the service room (This was room 238). So neither of us slept much from the noise. We were moved the next day to another room 434, and were very pleased with it. Everything worked well, and was very comfortable. The hotel is showing some signs of age but it was very clean and the staff, especially Mohammed were extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices , the kitchen staff kept everything really well stocked and were extremely helpful. Servicing your room is only every other day but that suited us well. It was in a good location for sightseeing in the area (we did have a rental car so no problems getting about). Would definitely stay again if in the area

Just that first night in a noisy room, there were no spare rooms available as the hotel was full. Was promised a reduction on the bill for that first night but that didn't happen and I only realised when got back home to the UK,.

This hotel has very comfortable beds and that's saying something for me. I have spinal injuries and I need a soft bed which is hard to find in a hotel. The breakfast is very nice and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. This hotel is right in the center of town, close to the Jamestown and Yorktown tour that you shouldn't miss, and very close to Busch Gardens. The Fireside Chophouse is right across the street and has excellent food. Nice place to stay. Fair price.

I'm not sure if the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't exist or wasn't working. The bathroom fogged up. But it was so comfortable in there and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and very quiet .The breakfast was good.

The refrigerator wasn't working and my chicken got spoiled I wanted cold water but couldn't get it.The location of the microwave was very bad .It was down low and I had to kneel down to read it and needed a flash light to see the numbers .I am 70 and it was hard for me to get back up after kneeling down. it should be a room for seniors there .

There was a room mix-up that made me completely uncomfortable and not feeling very safe. I was given a key to someone else's room. Luckily, his door was locked from the inside. I can't imagine what would have happened if my son and I had walked in a sleeping man's room at 3am. Once we had another room, another couple walked into our room while we were out. I hope there is another Hampton in the area...

Breakfast was typical of a hotel in this class, very adequate. Nice eating area. Love the maids, sweetest people!

All was good. This hotel was kept cleaner than many in Williamsburg, especially those that allow pets which was a main reason for our choosing it. Since I and the guests before me pay an up fee for “extra” cleaning for having a pet in the room I do expect an extra clean room not a sub par one. This hotel did much better than most in that area but, to be honest, the rug should be steam cleaned. Beds were very clean, crisp and comfy. Bath was good. Room had no unpleasant odors, definitely a plus.

Came downstairs 5 minutes after end of breakfast ended and missed it as they were putting the food away. I asked if breakfast was over and they said that it ended at 10:00. I said we were told at check in that breakfast ended at 10:30. Anyway, we were disappointed, 10:00 is a little early for those that sleep in on weekend.

Almost everything was great. I booked for a 2 queen bed thru Priceline and specifically requested for a top floor. When I checked in I was given my option and it was a huge room (to my surprise). We got a kitchen space (though not an actual kitchen where you can cook),separate living room space and separate room with 2 queen beds. Bed was comfy and clean so as the bathroom. Location is great as it’s only 15-20 mins away from Busch and water country. Breakfast needs more selection on hot foods( ex.add maybe bacon on top of sausage and eggs). Staff were courteous especially the house keeping and kitchen servers. Overall I’ll recommend this hotel.

Maybe some front desk staff needs to be more welcoming and approachable.

The front desk guy was absolutely amazing. Great attitude answered any questions I had. Asked questions about local foods and gave me his suggestions. The staff is great. The hotel cleanliness top tier! Overall hotel experience 10/10

They need chocolate milk for breakfast. Other than that keep doing what yall are doing.

This is a standard Hampton Inn, well located in the city not walking distance to any sights but only several minutes drive and many restaurants nearby. Quite and comfortable, breakfast fine and staff competent. Stayed here before.

This is a bit older property so shows some sign of wear in hallways, elevators etc but room is fine, nothing to complain about, stayed here before and will probably do so again, as long as I get a good rate.

Hotel & room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff and kitchen staff very accommodating and personable.

The cleaning staff entered our room and blocked the door open prior to us checking out. Fortunately, we had already taken our personal items to the car before we had breakfast and went back to the room for a few minutes before checking out.
