Everything!! Location, cleanliness, space, design, facilities, parking etc
Nothing! Everything was great! One suggestion only - consider having couple bikes for renting / using for guests but not sure if this is feasible as I understood that some units are for long-term rent. Unfortunately, in Williamsburg no bike rental service was spotted. Oh, and what about extending pool hours for adult only swim to 11 pm? Too many kids in the evening time :)

It was an exceptional experience! Having the separate bedrooms for our little one made him feel special and gave us the basic privacy we don’t normally enjoy with a regular hotel room. We did notice that there was a bit of wear and tear such as the main door having to be pushed or pulled very firmly to get it to latch. The vents were full of cobwebs and open shelves in bathroom very dusty. I travel with disinfectant wipes and cleaned the surfaces and the dust myself. It could have used a better deep clean on baseboards and corners but was acceptable. The downstairs neighbor stated his main door was broken and kept slamming it disgustingly hard to where it shook the entire upstairs unit. I said something and he said his door was broken and he was demonstrating to the staff on the go cart however each time I heard the slams it was ONLY in conjunction with the staff coming or going in the downstairs unit. We ate out daily so didn’t have an opportunity to use any appliances or cook but they are all new and quite nice. The entire setup was beautiful and I understand that it will be renovated to standards next year. Need more small trash can receptacles in rooms and not just bathroom. Overall it was one of the nicest stays we have ever had as a family and will 100% book here again. This app made it easy and enjoyable. Side note. This is a time share presentation location and we were told to set aside 1.5 hours however it lasted over 5.5 hours with no real food offered except processed snacks my son enjoyed but did nothing for medical need to eat. We lost an entire day of vacation due to the length of the presentation and had to cancel reservations we had and instead head back for home so to is that was a few hundred dollars lost in experiences we planned. Also did not get to use the food certificate because we HAD to leave to get back in time to prepare for work and for me to go to the emergency room for an injury I sustained. That was the bad part of the presentation.

Better than a hotel. Nice sized full condo unit. Nice furniture and modern appliances. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice patio with furniture. Fairly quiet A/C. Large bed. Lively pool area. Nice sized gym. Full condo was the same price as many hotels. Better deal to stay at this Vacation village. Close drive to shopping and many attractions. We would stay here again.
Not a dislike. There was only some vending machines for snacks. The complex could really benefit from a snack bar, restaurant and a little store. There were many people here on vacation and many hungry kids, I'm sure. The Village is isolated and you couldn't walk to anywhere. I think the guests, and the complex, would greatly benefit from a place where people could get food and other items.

Indoor pool and hot tub and the rooms were clean and spacious. Was nice to have a kitchen, a big table to eat at.
There needs to be more staff supervision in the pool area. A family was blasting their radio in the indoor pool area. Kids being unsupervised. Kids in the hot tub with their pool floats who were young. I’m talking 3/4 years old. When the sign says 16. Kids jumping and running into the pool. Parents leaving the pool area and leaving their kids alone. It was really bad. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I even called the front desk to advise on the situation and no one ever came. resort is going to end up being responsible if nothing is done. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

We were in A on the bottom, and B is upstairs pretty much small apartments with all amenities. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. My teenage son loved having his own room and private bathroom. As far as cleanliness, it was immaculate. We loved being able to cook instead of having takeout. The only thing we didn't like was the room above us had several small children who were stomping, screaming, jumping, and running around after 10 p.m., when we were trying to sleep. At one point, the front entry door was slammed shut and woke us up. We understand how it is having small children. Overall, we will be visiting again.

The size and cleanliness of the room. The proximity to surrounding food and attractions. The staff and water pressure
Upon arrival to our first room when we were getting settled i noticed that the carbon monoxide detector was hanging off the wall right above the gas fire place, the phone lines were dead so i couldn’t call the front office directly so we instead had to pack our things back up go back to the front office and advise what we found. Although they quickly moved us to another room with an electric fireplace the whole ordeal was a bit alarming. Also even though it was pretty warm the outside pool was freezing and unusable

Our stay at Vacation Village was great! We booked a two bedroom/2 bathroom deluxe suite and it was the perfect size for our family of 6 as it included a sofa bed (although not the most comfortable). The property was pretty nice, we even enjoyed the outdoor pool, even though it isn't pool season, but the weather was great. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating as we decided to extend our stay and wanted to keep our same unit. It was also close to restaurants, the premium outlet, and less than 20 minutes from Busch Gardens.
The gym should be renovated and there should be weights.

The place is very clean, very quiet. It's kind of secluded, very peaceful. I love the fact that there's a washer and dryer that is accessible at no extra cost, there is cookware to use and that there's extra tissue, garbage bags on hand. Security always calls to confirm if you have an order from door dash before letting them arrive at the property. Maintenance arrives promptly to help fix any issues. The hot tub is relaxing. I've been here a few times, and this visit was a home away from home.
I didn't like the fact that we had to take out our own trash when they have housekeeping staff, but the trash bin isn't far from the property. I wanted to exchange towels and they told me that there was a $6 exchange fee, but I got them anyway about 20 minutes later at no charge.

I loved the fact that everything is very close and our space was comfortable and clean. I like the rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. I love the indoor pool because it was winter and cold outside. I just would have preferred to stay closer so I could have walked instead of drive.
The TV's could have been better in the room. I really with there were ovens available. We came for Christmas and luckily I cooked most of my food and brought it but we were going to put the chicken in the oven and could not. I wish the handicapped apartments were very close to the pool area.

I LOVE THE SPACE! For our growing family, the space allows us to spread out and not feel cramped. The resort had beautiful landscaping and was overall, very welcoming.
This is weird, I know, but my wife loves to do laundry while we're on vacation...helps us to pack lighter, I guess. We were on the first floor and the laundry facilities are shared between the two condos. This isn't a huge deal, but would be better if it were in the unit itself. Also, the sofa beds are starting to show their age...updates for these would make this resort 10x better.
