Fire place didnt work

Staff was very friendly, our AC broke in our home so we needed a place for four adults and our dog. The double room with rollaway bed was perfect. Best breakfast at an American hotel yet!!! Waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and A full oatmeal bar. Also had alternative milk. 70% of Americans with don’t drink dairy or are allergic and maybe a few hotels carry alternative milk. So thank you

Room was nice. Good location. Very nice breakfast. Front desk was so friendly and helpful.

They could not get all 3 rooms together. Only 2 rooms were together. Towels were supposed to be change every other day but that didn’t happen only changed one of the rooms I reserved. My room was left open all day. Luckily nothing was taken.

The breakfast has many options, the rooms was perfect, except for an smell like bleach or/with the sewer mixed in the room.

I just recommend if the waffles for the breakfast time can be already made, cause we have to wait so long to make one, mostly if there are many people waiting in line for their turn.

The location was perfect for us. Service and staff were good. Very pet friendly.

Unfortunately, on our last night, I saw a large water bug crawling in the living room area. I was surprised to see one considering how clean the hotel was. I didn't say anything to the staff thinking it was a one-time fluke.

The rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping staff is very friendly. Great selection at the complimentary breakfast that changes daily. Pet friendly. Nice location. The kitchen in the suite is excellent!

Front desk staff (aside from the young lady that checked us in) is not friendly and look like they hate their job.

The room was spacious and felt like home! The kitchen was amazing, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, the outdoor pool and whirlpool was fantastic, and the breakfast was good. The exterior of the building is beautiful and brings out the historical significance of the area

Bathroom needed updating and we were only given half a roll of toilet paper for our stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable.

The property was amazing. The common area was quaint and clean, and the fire pit was a great touch because it was through the chilly. The rooms were big had a living room plus the bedroom. comfortable beds.

The location is very convenient, the halls smelled great ALL the time, all staff when encountered were very nice & the breakfast bar/area was wonderful.

The pool wasn’t the most presentable, the fire pit wasn’t operational nor presentable & the grill didn’t work good as well as needed to be cleaned. There was also possible mold in the restroom & after a certain point (latter part of 2nd and all of 3rd) staff was practically nonexistent.

The stag was great and everything was very clean. We checked in late there was some issues with over booking king suites. The stag was very accommodating and straightened everything out.

The staff in the cafeteria were slammed and did their best but the breakfast was rough. We thanked them after we ate for their service but the were very overwhelmed. Updated equipment and possibly 2 waffle makers would be a big help for them.
