The room is smaller than how the photos make it look and could really use updating but I have to say the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really clean and great water pressure for shower. It is nice they offer body wash, shampoo and conditioner from Alice & Co. The breakfast was very nice but would've been better with bacon or sausage instead of "corn beef hash". The coffee was VERY good and we really enjoyed the variety of things offered. I was pretty impressed, especially with the tender little cheddar biscuits. This is very close to tons of restaurants, shopping and really close to the colonial section of Williamsburg. Easy access to 64 and the route to Jamestown and Yorktown.

There was hash on the breakfast instead of bacon or sausage and seemed like a turn off for the most part as there was tons left and lots of people in there eating. Bathroom floor tile is outdated compared to counter top so it makes it look a bit odd. Maybe lose the rough textured counterpane from the bed and add a more stylish, modern hotel comforter. Did NOT like the pillows, they get kinda hard as you lay on them. Fiber fill would be better.

Fairfield Inn is super convenient to get to and has ample parking. It's just a few minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and less than 20 minutes from Busch Gardens. It's also near restaurants and other stores. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. The lady at the front desk was super nice!

It's a bit dated, but nothing that would interfere with the stay. I do believe it's a bit pricey for what you get.

Breakfast was nice, and they seemed to switch it up a little bit each morning. Enjoyed the pool area, and though I didn't use it, the fitness center had some updated and nice equipment.

Parking was okay, but I felt like I had to walk each time to my car (not that I mind walking, but I don't love my car being out of my sight at all times). They share a lot with a popular pizza place and some other businesses.

Taiwan checked us in and was extremely helpful. My husband had recently had knee surgery and she worked to give us a room near by that would meet our needs. Mary, in housekeeping double checked that we had everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. Both of these ladies add extra value to your staff!

The location is great! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping! If you like to walk, a pleasant walk to Colonial Williamsburg. Indoor pool and exercise room are great.The free breakfast was the best I've had is quite a while. The staff was pleasant and helpful!! A big thank you to Cherie!!!

The most important thing I loved was how nice and accomodating the staff were. They made me feel welcome and someone valuable to them. I also loved the breakfast and again, the breakfast staff, that provided a delicious breakfast. The room itself was wonderful. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was excellent.

The cleaning and front desk staff were so helpful! The location is near many restaurants and within walking distance of a grocery store. The iron and the hair dryer worked well. The desk was spacious and allowed me to get work done. Check-in and check-out processes were simple. I had sufficient towels to last me a few days if necessary. The pillows weren't too puffy ( I hate inordinately high pillows) and the bed was comfortable.

I don't think it's a good idea to keep a coffee maker in the bathroom. Any consumables within 6 feet of the toilet is in an unsanitary zone.

Good location. Could walk to several restaurants and a supermarket. Located on a main highway but not to busy traffic wise. Building is fairly new and well maintained. Quiet.

Parking lot was a little small for the number of rooms.

We really enjoyed our room. King suite. It was extremely cozy and comfortable. The only thing was it was stuffy, because the ac did not cool properly. Sonya at check-in was so very nice! As were the 2 check out clerks.

The distance to vending machines were quite a distance. My husband and I both have bad knees, so having to walk so far was not ideal. When I asked the front desk clerk were there anyone machines closer she answered that she didn't know of any in the building. And that we should use the "market". Another visitor informed us that there was one all the way down at the end of the other building on level 2. The clerk was rude, and asked us why we even asked her. We did not see her again during our stay. That was the only incident. We didn't get her name, but she was a young girl with long braids.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They were the best customer service I have received in long time. The breakfast was delicious enjoyed it.

I loved the room. Only negative was the small TV. It can be much bigger. I had a hard time reading the channels.
