The property was VERY clean and well maintained. The room was clean, bathroom was in excellent condition and beds clean and comfortable.

I know it’s not just this IHG hotel, but I don’t know why they have gone to needing coupons for the breakfast. One of the things keeping me from giving them a higher score is that we were only given a coupon for four people (we have 5 in our family). The breakfast was mediocre at best and cost $14.95 if you didn’t have a coupon. 2 of the 3 days we were there, we either door dashed or went out for breakfast.

I liked the bistro they had there! Great food! But they didn’t have the complimentary included breakfast at this particular location. All the others that I have been too, had this included in the stay. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee 24/7! The mattresses on the beds were comfortable enough for me. It’s hard to find a comfortable bed in a hotel. I have had 3 back surgeries and this has become a major issue when we go on vacation. I have found that your string of hotels provide the comfort that I need for my rest! Thank you so much for this!

The size of the room for the price is amazing especially when traveling with kids. The pool area was also great. The kids got to burn off energy after a long drive. Staff was super friendly. Overall enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel is also perfect for activities and food to eat. There is a restaurant located in the hotel but we didn’t try it.

The hot tube was a little dirty but we still enjoyed it. Just didn’t lean on the edges. The beds are ok, great if you prefer less firmness. Overall super small complaints. I would stay here again for sure.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the waitress/bartender was phenomenal! It's a little pricey on the food and drinks, but well worth it because of the excellent service and convenience! The housekeeping was excellent as well. Very clean room!!

I didn't like that a free breakfast was not offered and would have had to pay $14.85 per person. We skipped breakfast because of that. Water pressure wasn't great in the shower.

The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool, hottub and exercise room. The room was huge, clean. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size Dove products in the bathroom. A car is needed in the area. We enjoyed exploring Williamsburg, Norfolk, Busch Gardens and returning to this hotel each night. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, jam, toast, bagels, etc.).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Location was great. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see, Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Very good restaurants close by. Nice having the 7/11 close for things you might need, coffee creamer, snacks and gas.

We didn’t use the pool. The water was cloudy and you could see dirt on the bottom. It needed more chlorine and vacuumed. It is a public pool so I wish it was cleaner so that my husband and I would have felt comfortable using it.

The location was central to all of our needs. It was in a great location.....

When we arrived at the holiday inns and suites the person at the reservation desk stated that she could not locate our reservation that booking .com stated that they had confirmrd..The holiday innn staff person booked for us a great suite direct with holiday inn at a great price.. What WE did not like turned out great.....Booking .com did a great job explaining the problem to me....All IS WELL AT THIS TIME.......W V B, Hmpton va

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything in the area. The staff was just amazing, from Alisha at the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. Everyone was super helpful, willing, and friendly!!! Breakfast had a lot of choices, which is rare. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, tater tots, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruits, yogurts, breads, etc. Many drinks to choose from as well. My child cannot have dairy (except for eggs) and when I asked the kitchen staff if the scrambled eggs had butter, she said they did, but it was not a problem for her to make scrambled eggs for my child without butter!!! They absolutely did not have to do that but went above and beyond to make sure my child had a good breakfast. Amazing. All booths in the dining area had their own TVs at the wall on the table, which was a plus for the kids. If breakfast is not included with your stay, it was $15 per person, but worth it in my opinion. Plus, kids under 10 yrs eat free breakfast with paying adult. Loved it. The hotel was super clean and new/modern. Although we did not use the pool this time, it is a plus and stays open late. We will definitely be back if staying in the area.

Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean, conveniently located to all the things we wanted to see/do, and priced reasonably.

It’s close to the road, so we heard a motorcycle or two being purposely loud, but not the hotels fault. Bathroom fan wasn’t great, hot shower steamed the whole bathroom up.

The room was large and accommodated our family well. It was clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job.

Tiny trash cans in the room and the first day at check in no one was there to check us in for 15 minutes. No sign saying be right back and even when I called it just rang. I feel they could have at least carried a phone so they could let guests know they would be right back.
