Great location! The front desk was beyond helpful and very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and used the pool. The pool house is heated but the pool wasn't. The kids didn't mind at all but it took me a minute to get used to it. The whole property is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The colonial sites were less than 10 minutes away and there's several stores and restaurants on the same road. I forgot to lock my car one night and in the morning my camera bag was still there so I can attest that the location is safe also. Having a mini apartment for our family of 6 was a huge help! Theres a full fridge, stove, sink and bar...they even supplied pans and dishes! Wonderful hotel for a family or long stay!

I always wish the pools were open longer but the hours here were actually great! My only complaint is that the fabric shower curtains dont stop water from getting out which meant we had to use our towels up much faster than expected.

This was a single night stay following a day at Christmas Town with our kids and grandkids. We arrived late (around 1030pm) and slept in, checking out around 1030am). Since we slept through breakfast, I have no information to share about that. The suite was wonderful! Two bedrooms with a common living room and dining/kitchen enabled us to extend our time together into the wee hours as the grandkids wound down. A pleasant surprise was an unexpected second bathroom; there's one for each bedroom. That's very convenient when there are 4 adults and 3 kids under five traveling together. The rooms were quiet enough that noise rarely transferred from one bedroom to the other, if at all. Even with the suite on the front of the hotel and the hotel located along the road front, road noise was not an issue either. I think it was about 10 minutes from BG to the property, very close to the College of W&M and Colonial Wiliamsburg, and the site is surrounded by restaurants, close to shopping, and not too distant from highway access (a couple miles, maybe). Parking was on property and convenient. If you're a frequent visitor to the area and have enjoyed Sal's by Victor, or Rita's you could walk the few blocks to either. Nicely appointed, clean, and well stocked, the suite and this property are now on top of my list of places to investigate when traveling to the area. The kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator with ice maker, cooktop, microwave, toaster and I think I remember seeing a coffee machine. Late arrival and a departure hastened by impending checkout time (11am) limited my interaction with the kitchen. It did seem suitable for an extended stay with capability to prepare/serve a typical range of meals.

My forgetfulness, and sleeping through breakfast are the two things that jump to mind when I consider what I didn't like. Forgetfulness, as in I forgot to check the alarm clocks in the rooms when I arrived. Both came to life at 515am, much to our short-term dismay. Breakfast - what can I say, except to mention there are plenty of breakfast restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you are unfortunate enough to sleep through also.

David, at the front desk has remembered for the last 2 of my 3 stays with you. He made me feel special. He's always so friendly and nice. He's a joy to be around. I book there because of him. At breakfast one day, one of the heating pans was leaking all over the counter and floor. Ty got a mop, cleaned it up and greeted other guests with a friendly Hello. A little bit later several cups of coffee were spilled at the elevator. Ty got the mop, cleaned it up and still greeted other guests with a friendly and happy Hello. I don't know that I would have been smiling. The staff there is wonderful.

Location to Busch Gardens was very good. Room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Our bath tub clogged up and they were up to fix it in 5 mins, and fixed it quickly. When we asked for more towels they brought them up quickly. Beds were very comfortable. It was great having a suite instead of just a room with beds. The breakfast was very good for being included. Lots of options. Overall, it was a nice and could not have asked for more!

The breakfast was wonderful for the most part and the staff made sure that fresh, hot food was on the food bar. The hotel is also in an easily accessible area with a lot of nearby places to dine.

We stayed two nights and the first morning the breakfast had quite a bit of choices (basic choices that most people would like), but the second morning the choices were not as basic and more geared towards specific tastes. I would like to see the basic eggs and a meat each morning to go with the other choices. Having some sort of hash and biscuits and gravy on the same day didn't leave many options if you just wanted something basic.

The employees were so kind! The room was extremely clean and comfortable, super quiet. I liked the gym, up to date equipment and very clean. Breakfast was very good; the coffee was delicious! Loved the location, it was easy to get to where I needed to be. Will stay here again!

Homewood Suites is amazing!! Every staff member we I countered was super friendly and professional. The rooms and lobby was very clean. The room was definitely on top of my list of rooms we have stayed in. Highly recommend!!!

There was nothing to not like. Perfect stay and we will certainly be returning again!!!

Only problem we had was lack of cookware in the room no plates no frying pan no can opener so we ran out and bought what we needed other then that no issues what so ever.

The location was great cen tral to attractions.

Desk person not knowledgeable about the Property ie how to turn on TV in common area. Told about wet floors... he left it like that inside and outside the elevators.

Staff was friendly

There were no towels in the pool area. I called the front desk, they said they’d get some. We swam for another hour, still no towels. We had to walk back to our room soaking wet.
