Location was excellent - 10 minutes from BGW. While an older property, it was CLEAN. Linens were in excellent condition (my teenager even commented on how soft the sheets were). Furniture was in great condition. I have been in newer properties were that is not always the case. While we were out for the day, we got housekeeping service - that is not always something that happens nowadays. I was also pleasantly surprised that for an older property, the HVAS unit worked great and was QUIET. While they do not serve breakfast, there are good options close by (Colonial Pancake House is excellent!). This was a great no-frills, affordable option when you need a place to sleep.

Beds were just a little too firm for our liking, but that is just us. There was nothing wrong with them. We are just used to memory foam.

Location was great! Less than 2 miles from historic downtown, grocery store, enormous Goodwill store and Amtrak station. Pool. Always coffee. Enjoyed interacting with other guests, while easy to be private too. Motel is run by a family.

Laundry facility wasn't clean. No breakfast though it was listed. Guests that leave cigarette buds on the floor, while there are enough bins!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. We were there 3 days and the rooms were cleaned each day...trash was emptied and towels were replaced ....unlike many I have stayed in. Even though the hotel was full it was very quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

It wasn't real close to the outlet and eating places, but once we learned the way it was easy to get to that part of town. Not a problem really.

The price was good, the room was clean, when we ordered food from door dash, they drop the tasty food in our room.

clean and comfortable and great location. always had clean towels and garbage picked up every day. close to everything and the owners are just so pleasant and hardworking and it made for a great stay.

Convenient location. To the parks . Peaceful , clean. Quiet. Don’t let the look fool you. No problems and no worries

The family running the business are so wonderful and attentive, they knew we had concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms, they offered to give us full refund if we see the rooms and weren’t satisfied. They also were able to accommodate putting our rooms as close to each other as possible with one room between us. The rooms were very clean, no signs of any bugs or roaches! The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong. The motel was perfect for our short one night stay. It is outdated, nothing fancy, but clean and comfy! I would come back again.

Even though the rooms were “non smoking” rooms, there was a strong smell of smoke. Especially in the morning in the bathroom. We all slept very well from how tired we were but both rooms had strong smell.

It was clean and comfortable. Room darkening curtains were great for sleeping in. Shower head features were amazing. Easy access to stores and Colonial Williamsburg.

Pool was small. (Very clean)
