The staff that helped us during our stay were amazing. We got in late the first night and the young man working the front desk was not only kind, he was concerned to make sure we were okay. Then on the 2nd night the young lady at the front received our pizza delivery and was kind and made small chit chat when I walked up from to get it. The rooms were amazing!! Not only were they extremely clean, the mattresses were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room.

The only thing that could have been better, was if the trip was longer itself. And that was my fault, not the hotels. But I do plan to return in the future because it was so nice!

Bluegreen Vacations Patrick Henry Square is awesome! Despite the busy night, The staff invited me with nothing but smiles during my checkin. I felt very welcomed. The unit I had was really clean and comfortable and had everything I looked for in a room (full kitchen, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice living room!) They also have an indoor pool, gym, game room, conference room. I am definitely going to recommend this location to my catalog of friends and family who travel as much as I do and need a great place to stay!

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities in the family suite for self-catering. Really appreciated the free guest laundry. Had everything we needed. The main bedroom and ensuite was excellent.

The 2nd bedroom a little bit on the small side for luggage storage. The pull out double sofa bed was a little uncomfortable with the mattress sloping down. The sofa bed and furniture in the lounge/living quite heavy to move. These are very small things though compared to the overall good things and value for money.

I liked that the rooms are like apartments with space to spread out. The fireplace is our room actual worked and that was cozy for a Jan evening. The pool was large! The hotel is super close to Busch Gardens and the historic village of Williamsburg.

The furniture is a bit worn in the suites. There’s not many pots/pans in the kitchen. I did heat up some pizza in the oven in a pan but there were no oven mitts to pull out the hot pan from the over. I had to improvise. The bathroom is a nice size but my son & I both thought the shower could use a curtain or door. The building hallways are a bit bland and unwelcoming. Could the property possibly have coffee available at the front desk until noon? I would not consider this property a resort.

Beautiful renovated rooms, lots of space, very clean We had two bedrooms and two baths and a living room with kitchen. It was about a 10 minute or less walk to Colonial Williamsburg. Free coffee, cocoa, apple cider in the lobby. Indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t go in.

I like the welcome upon arrival. They were all quite friendly and wished us a happy anniversary 🎉 We were placed in a quiet area that we requested prior to arrival. The location was in a great area. The unit was very clean and everything was spacious for an enjoyable stay.🙂 Thank you Tamika and Amy for explaining how to book for our next visit. I appreciate you both.

I didn't like being charged a night before arriving in advance. I went through Booking.Com and it stated that we would be charged on arrival. I don't know who's fault that was but that's the only thing I didn't like.

We especially liked the walk ability to Colonial Williamsburg. It was very clean and comfortable, we loved having more space than a hotel room.

Took a long time for hot water and another table for games would be nice. It would be nice if coffee and tea would be available later than 11am in the lobby.

Room layout. Two bathrooms. King bed in our room. Sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Sealed freezer with fresh ice. Parking for extra car. Walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Staff didnt do a hard sell on me at check-in.

None of these are very bad, but things that deserve to be pointed out. Very little working space at bathroom sinks. Found no extra sheets for sleeper sofa in the suite, but the smaller bed had multiple sheets -- we just took one off of the bed and used on the sofa. Need another bedside light for the king bed -- nly one person could comfortably read in bed. Active train track behind facility.

Everything was great, from the size of the suite to the location. Beautiful inside. In a great location to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jeffersonville settlement and restaurants.

The location of this property is perfect for Williamsburg with close proximity to everything. The room was nice, perfect for a family who doesn’t want to be cramped in a small hotel room.

Some deep cleaning needs to be done occasionally. There were spider webs on the light fixtures, built up dust on cabinets and top of fridge.
