The staff that helped us during our stay were amazing. We got in late the first night and the young man working the front desk was not only kind, he was concerned to make sure we were okay. Then on the 2nd night the young lady at the front received our pizza delivery and was kind and made small chit chat when I walked up from to get it. The rooms were amazing!! Not only were they extremely clean, the mattresses were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room.

The only thing that could have been better, was if the trip was longer itself. And that was my fault, not the hotels. But I do plan to return in the future because it was so nice!

No breakfast at our location. Room was very comfortable and the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and close to attractions we were visiting.

Would loved to have had a hot tub on the property after a day of considerable walking. Did not appreciate the having to go through the concierge service for a parking pass and the deceptive hard sell for the time share on the property. Employees need to be taught to respect “no thank you” and not continue with their speech.

We liked the proximity to everything and the cost was inline with what we expected. We were able to make some meals at our place.

The living room furniture is very uncomfortable but my biggest complaint was being bugged about listening to the presentation about becoming an owner. One “no” should’ve been enough, but I was asked when I checked in, then asked via phone in our room, then asked via my cell phone when I finally had to hang up on the person because they didn’t listen to my first “no.”

Bluegreen Vacations Patrick Henry Square is awesome! Despite the busy night, The staff invited me with nothing but smiles during my checkin. I felt very welcomed. The unit I had was really clean and comfortable and had everything I looked for in a room (full kitchen, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice living room!) They also have an indoor pool, gym, game room, conference room. I am definitely going to recommend this location to my catalog of friends and family who travel as much as I do and need a great place to stay!

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities in the family suite for self-catering. Really appreciated the free guest laundry. Had everything we needed. The main bedroom and ensuite was excellent.

The 2nd bedroom a little bit on the small side for luggage storage. The pull out double sofa bed was a little uncomfortable with the mattress sloping down. The sofa bed and furniture in the lounge/living quite heavy to move. These are very small things though compared to the overall good things and value for money.

The location is great. Our suite was good and spacious for 5 people. It was 10 minutes from the water park and the amusement park next to Colonial Williamsburg. The indoor pool was appropriate for sudden weather changes. Overall the stay was very good 👍

The toilet paper was not enough and they don't leave spares, I didn't ask for more honestly because I had mine for the road trip so I used it.

I liked that the rooms are like apartments with space to spread out. The fireplace is our room actual worked and that was cozy for a Jan evening. The pool was large! The hotel is super close to Busch Gardens and the historic village of Williamsburg.

The furniture is a bit worn in the suites. There’s not many pots/pans in the kitchen. I did heat up some pizza in the oven in a pan but there were no oven mitts to pull out the hot pan from the over. I had to improvise. The bathroom is a nice size but my son & I both thought the shower could use a curtain or door. The building hallways are a bit bland and unwelcoming. Could the property possibly have coffee available at the front desk until noon? I would not consider this property a resort.

Every single staff person we encountered was warm and friendly. I got texts every day checking in with us. Our room was clean, modern and spacious. The pool was nice and clean and a hit with my kids. The location is perfect and put us minutes from all the top attractions and places to eat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful renovated rooms, lots of space, very clean We had two bedrooms and two baths and a living room with kitchen. It was about a 10 minute or less walk to Colonial Williamsburg. Free coffee, cocoa, apple cider in the lobby. Indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t go in.

I like the welcome upon arrival. They were all quite friendly and wished us a happy anniversary 🎉 We were placed in a quiet area that we requested prior to arrival. The location was in a great area. I didn't like being charged a night before arriving in advance. I went through Booking.Com and it stated that we would be charged on arrival. I don't know who's fault that was but that's the only thing I didn't like.
