We had a great stay at the Country Inn near Busch Gardens Williamsburg! The rooms were clean, the location was very convenient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. While the elevator was temporarily out of service during our stay, the front desk and support staff went above and beyond to assist us—personally helping carry our luggage to the room. Their proactive and courteous service really helped offset the inconvenience and made us feel genuinely cared for. We appreciate their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg East – Busch Gardens, VA, and overall, had a very positive experience. While the elevator was out of service during our stay—which was initially concerning—the staff went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. Their friendly attitude and prompt assistance truly made up for the inconvenience. Thanks to their exceptional service and hospitality, we’re still giving this stay a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The rooms were clean and comfortable ,it is a beautiful establishment ,it had a saltwater pool loved loved loved it the location was wonderful 😊 the breakfast was amazing very friendly very helpful staff I will be booking here again.. plus it is pet friendly which is a bonus our crazy Bombay Raven loved the beds too lots of room for cuddles with mom

There was a brown spider who scared the crap out of me when I went to put my stuff away in the mini refrigerator ,but I made an agreement with him he doesn't bother me I won't bother him and they don't have to come kill him lol other than that I think we get along fine 😜 and there was a family reunion going on in the dining hall that ran quite late so I wouldn't say I didn't like it maybe next time I will bring earplugs with my self just in case there's an event going on..

Our stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg East Busch Gardens , VA was absolutely exceptional! The room was immaculate and spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options—truly a five-star experience!

Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly

There was a basket of picked through coffee pods in room but no coffee cups, creamer, sugar..and actual coffee pot was missing. I called to let front desk know. Never got a new coffee pot in room.

When I arrived there was only one staff on duty but you could not tell she was very courteous respectful and attentive.

As I only spent one night here I cannot give you a lot of detail but I can say that it is a great hotel great location wonderful dining hall pool outside so far so good.. beautiful room and pet friendly which I appreciate.

I stayed at this hotel so we can go to Busch gardens and it was a nice hotel it was very clean very friendly some staff was absolutely awesome.

I didn't like the attitude that the breakfast attended had because my daughter made a mistake and pulled off the knob to make waffles and made a mess and she just had a attitude about it but other than that the remote didn't work in the room but they fixed that and the pool wasn't clean and in the room with the bed railing supposed to be with sticking out and I hit my ankle twice on it so they need to fix that because somebody can seriously get hurt with a bad railing sticking out like that.

Breakfast and the attendant were great! The night person was great. They were were very helpful with some technology concerns and when my tub wouldn't drain, offered me a room to separate room to shower. The pool opened late because someone forgot to unlock it..no biggie. I didn't like, though the lady who was trying to rush me out with the setbacks that I had of late pool and separate room for shower. Other than that it was nice. I would stay again. I would just encourage that day person to be a little bit more sensitive. Lastly, I CANNOT FORGET THE NICE EVENING PERSON WHO CHECKED ME IN. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I'm sorry I didn't grab names as I don't recall seeing tags.

The location is close to historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed many of the facilities. The pool was wonderful, we all found a satisfactory breakfast and two in our party used the gym. A nicely maintained Hotel in keeping with the high standards we come to expect from a Country Inn & Suites property. Our family would definitely stay here again. Booking.com also got us an incredible rate.

The only drawback was that they only had one elevator. As our rooms were on the 3rd floor we were always waiting for an elevator
