Everything was very clean, extra concessions were reasonably priced, the breakfast was great, the staff was very polite. Promise was our check in person at the desk and she was very polite and very sweet and chatted with me and my wife about our vacation. She was wonderful and wonderful representative for the hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Busch Gardens.

We feel very lucky to have stayed at this Holiday Inn. The hotel is clean, very comfortable and is in a good location. We visited nearby attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast good. Also, there was a nice pool for the guests. The pool had special towels for guest use. We would stay here again if we visited the area.

We always wish hotels and restaurants would use less plastic. There was lots plasticware in use for breakfast. It has to be more economic, in the long run, to have reusable plates and tableware.

The room was very spacious, the hotel is VERY close to Busch Gardens. Everything was clean and comfortable besides the pillows, they sucked, but that is common I feel. The breakfast was right on your way out so you can easily grab a cup of coffee to start your day. Something silly I really liked that I haven't see at another hotel. HAND SOAP! Right there by the sink, in the same newer bottles the shampoo/conditioner/body wash is in, as well as hand cream. Such a nice touch!

The only thing that really sucked was the pillows. Some fresher, new pillows would be great! Also, the towels weren't great either. But overall, those are issues in most hotels. So, I can't complain too much.

The breakfast was good, not great. The food was emptying out, the workers couldn’t keep up because it was the holiday and was real busy. So prepare for this. I would get extra workers for this time. They worked hard and did their best. The area was extremely clean before and after but with the crowds, the tables were not being cleaned between parties. Not the employees fault, they were trying to keep up with the food quantities being available. The pancake machine needs to be replaced, too slow and we didnt do it because of the long waiting line and we love pancakes. Get a waffle machine!! So much easier and less complicated. The last day the worker said that the pancake machine was broken.

My family made a weekend trip to VA to take my daughter to Busch Gardens. Hotel was in the perfect location. There were a few eating spots in walking distance and we just took an Uber to the park to avoid parking there! The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice, and again, couldn’t beat the location for what we were there to do!

The free breakfast was GARBAGE!!! It was so plastic and processed, we could not eat it! Luckily food places are nearby we could just go eat somewhere else.

The breakfast was just ok. Not horrible but not good either.

The location is great, the staff is amazing and very patient. I saw a few ocassions where guests were a little much and the Staff did a great job under pressure. I found them to be a real gem and the cleanliness of the property both inside and out was well done.

The soap in the showers has a scent that was wonderful but I'm sensitive to new soap scents. It set off my sneezing reflex the first shower and left me with a runny nose for ten minutes. A non scented option available at the desk wouldn't hurt but it's a tiny thing.

The hotel is in good location if you look for a place near Buschgardens, peacefull and green location, The hotel and rooms very clean, neat, nice staff. There is a coffe machine available in the lobby.

We came to breakfast 15 min before closing time but some items were finished, the breakfast room was closed exactly at 10 a.m. The cups and the cuttlery was for single use which we found not sustainable. Unfortunatelly it is quite common in the USA.

The property was clean and updated. The breakfast was standard, but the attendant was very efficient and sweet.

The coffee maker did not work. The Guide on the TV did not work. Do you know how annoying it is in a hotel for the Guide not to work? I was especially annoyed by the $100 held for amenities. There are no amenities at a HIE! That is the point. I paid $10 more for a Courtyard the night before, and everything worked. Plus they had a bar, a bistro and a heated pool. The HIE had nothing. I’ll pay the extra ten the next time and not have $100 on hold for nothing.
