I was not bothered but by anyone except for one guest that got upset I only let her have 1 cigarette when she asked for it. I believe she lived there in the back building.

The ice machine does not work. I was told I had to go to a different completely building to get ice. The people that lived in that section did not seem friendly. I did not get ice because to get to that building it was down a hill. I was told to look for the ice sign to find it. I asked if they had ice at the desk but the man that was working is nice not warm person.

Room was small but comfortable. Bed was decent, HVAC worked fine. Wifi was sufficient. The location was decently quiet, I slept well. This is my second year staying here for this specific weekend (Jamestown Settlement Food & Feasts). I'll be back next year, probably also for Military Thru the Ages in March.

Two absolute nit-picks, neither is a deal breaker: I swear the place uses the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I've ever seen. I'm normally used to having one of those small one-cup coffee makers in the room. This room didn't offer it.

Check in was quick and painless. Staff was friendly. The room was comfy and overall clean. Good water pressure. Plenty of towels. Good location. This was a quick overnight trip to spend the day in Williamsburg, and for the value, this couldn't be beat!

While it was overall clean, some finer details were a little lacking. Layer of dust on the headboard, light bulbs that didn't work, bathtub mat seemed dingy. The door was difficult to open and close. Fair amount of street noise, but that's to be expected. Toilet was slow to flush.

Love the location, and despite reading slightly negative reviews, I'm glad I booked this hotel. We were in the building the office was in and the room was smaller than what we were used to. But it was clean, no bugs, sheets and blankets were clean. Bathroom was clean. The pool was clean and kept up, the kids loved it! Guy at the front desk seemed creepy at first, but after talking to him, he was actually quite nice and funny! We stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned nicely each day when we arrived back to the hotel. It was a nice atmosphere and comfortable, will definitely stay again when I'm the area!

The one thing about the room was the air conditioner didn't work that great and it wasn't hot in there but it wasn't as cool as I would have liked it. But the room was way better than what I expected so I didn't want to ask for another room for better air conditioning and end up with a nasty room. But that's the only complaint I have about the room.

The Room was extremely cozy and everything worked properly the beds were comfy and the employees I spoke with were very helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel it was quite and comforting I mean our room didn't have the best views of anything except the steps to the floor above but everything else was wonderful and for the price I honestly can't complain

I have stayed here for many years and it has always been nice. This most recent time it was great I love that the bed frames are metal and lewis was AMAZING I had a booking issue and I called he went above and beyond to find a solution. Once I got there I had a small issue and he resolved it immediately. I will definitely be back because of the service and quality that the hotel and lewis provided

The location was great! Close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very polite and changed our room without issue as we were given a smoking room even though we requested a non smoking room. He changed it without a problem

It could've been cleaner. It wasn't awful, but it could've been better. There was some small trash left in the bathroom and behind the TV. Nothing major

Everything was nice. The rooms were exactly how they were pictured, the beds were comfy and I really enjoyed having the option of smoking or no smoking. Also upon check in the lobby smelt exceptional

Housekeeping wasn't very nice. My mother is elderly and they were very rude as she was trying to check out the room. They rushed her as they saw she had her hands full

The room was ready when I arrived. Air conditioner was on and room was comfortable. Far away from road so it was quiet.

Noisy neighbor

We needed a room at 11pm because we had a horrible experience with motel we just came from and demanded refund. The guy at the desk was very friendly, helpful and found us a room immediately. The facility was clean, newer, room was nice and big, comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars
