The location is awesome. Close to food, gas, and parks! My kids loved the indoor/outdoor/whirlpool. The lounge chairs were comfortable. My daughter lost her stuffed dog and was so upset. However, prior to checking out, I asked the floor housekeeper if she saw it, and she said she had it in a safe place. Miss Janice- you made a little girl very, very happy! Bless you.

It would have been nice if the room had a microwave. The bathroom could really benefit from an exhaust fan. The screen on our balcony door was ripped. The indoor pool was great to have, but it was so heavily chlorinated. I started to get a headache, and my eyes were burning, and I wasn't even swimming. My nephew got a cut on his toe from the pool bottom. Also, family members were in a joined suite, and they got some kind of rash from the carpet. They could all use a really good cleaning.

The woman working at the bistro was incredible. She made me a couple of burgers at a few minutes prior to close time and had an amazing attitude and willingness to do it. Then 8 or so hours later I came down to the bistro to get a coffee and she was working again and again had a great attitude and was pleasant. I appreciate her hard work and good attitude. I hope your company recognizes that she’s an amazing person.

The bistro was a bit expensive. The pool temperature was too cold and pool surround was extremely slippery.

Very close to Busch Gardens and was pretty cheap for it’s location. Our room was on the first floor so it had a sliding door to access the back patio and pool area which was so convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The rooms definitely need an update. Our room was clean to a point, there’s spots that seem to have been neglected over the years. Lots of dust, hair & crumbs were caught on the bed skirt behind the bed. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and even crumbling in some spots. I had to wear slippers any time I went in there. It looked and felt like an old room. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice, but the rock flooring at the outside area hurt my feet and was hard to walk on (it could just be me, but i wanted to give the heads up!)

The property was very close to Busch Gardens. It’s an older property however, the staff it’s nice. The food at the bistro was good, check in and check out was easy. there are several restaurants close.

coffee was only offered in the rooms, not in the lobby area. although the room was clean, we found several hairs in the bathroom, but we usually just clean the bathroom anyway.

the hot tub was not working very very disappointed, that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, the kitchen had many problems with equipment not working but staff were awesome in getting breakfast, the front desk staff were wonderful but the manager/office person should learn to smile and work on making his guest fee welcomed, not bother by questions when we were told to go into the market for drinks our first morning with the breakfast problems

The location was perfect because it was close to Busch Gardens and Water Country and was set back in a quiet street.

The housekeeping offered was just a "refresh" meaning clean towels and empty trash every other day.

The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in that would have been last Tuesday night, was amazingly kind and helpful. And then Felicia and Kathy as well as the cook at the bistro are just so pleasant and helpful. Also overall the staff was amazing and I highly recommend staying at courtyard Williamsburg if you're going to Busch Gardens.

I felt like the price was a little bit high. I've definitely stayed in that area for less. Being spring break. I didn't have a lot of choices. And also would like to have a macaroon microwave in the room. And there's no coffee or tea in the lobby.

Awesome location and great place to stay if you’re going to Busch Gardens! There’s also a great restaurant a stone’s throw away called the Whaling Company with great quality food so don’t miss out dining there. Everything in room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was great with high flow rate and stable temperature.

calm relaxing environment

bed was quite stiff and both my partner and it’s backs are feeling it still a day later. a more medium tone would be nicer to majority of guests.

The location was perfect! Only 5 minutes to Water Country and 10 minutes to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Lots of restaurant options very close by. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool room had a very strong chlorine odor which would not have pleasant for me to swim in. Thankful there was an outdoor pool available.
