All the amenities, proximity to historic sites, feeling safe and the set up of room/apartment

I’ll only piece that I didn’t like was the pressure of the vacation club sales. It says no pressure on brochure. Front desk made it seem like no big deal. I felt like I was a hostage at that seminar. It was over 2hrs of my vacation time and it was like they wouldn’t let me leave had to have a manager then try to sell me the vacation club and wanted the money right then and there. I was given a gift card for listening and when I tried to use it on line it got declined. Wish I had those hours back with my kids. It was extremely clean and comfy. Husband and I took a walk to the coffee cafe on site and it was closed all day even thought hours posted said it was open. Multiple texts during the 2 night stay with cable down, pool closed due to thunder and sports channels out.

the full apartment atmosphere and the fact that my service dog was allowed on site made my life very easy. they also put is on a bottom condo which was extremely helpful

I didn’t like being handed the rules of having a service dog. I am not a fake owner. My dog is fully task trained and public access trained. being told that my service dog wasn’t allowed in the restaurant on site is very wrong and he is absolutely 100% is allowed to go EVERYWHERE with me- but I chose not to eat on site because I would have caused a very big public scene about it. If the staff attempted to turn is away and I was enjoying my vacation.

The recreational amenities are perfect for families. The restaurant is reasonably priced with great portion sizes on the chicken tenders-highly recommend. The kitchen in the room had what we needed when we wanted to eat in. We had no reason to leave the resort because everything we needed was right there. Mini golf, pickleball/tennis, multiple pools with towels, room to roam the immaculate grounds. The staff was friendly and happy. We stay here anytime we are in town and every stay has been lovely.

The primary bathroom sink didn’t drain very well. Additionally, the unit we were in was slightly dated but our friends were in a refreshed unit so I know they are definitely working on updating! Overall though, we feel the value is exceptional and totally worth the visit.

Beautiful landscaping, lots of activities (swimming, family movie time, arts and crafts, grilling, playground for the kids, etc). The unit we had was absolutely amazing 🤩! It was Clean, spacious, comfortable quiet, full kitchen, and it even had a dvd player! The food from the kitchen was awesome . It took about 45 minutes to get it, but it was delicious 🤤. We have booked for another weekend coming up.

The wait for the breakfast. There were only about 10-12 people there when we arrived and 8 of them were already eating when I got there. Yet the wait was longer than expected.

I like that we have spacious accommodations with a kitchen, washer & dryer.

Your enjoyment of the property is contingent on the neighbors you share the unit with. In our case, they treated the common area as if it was their own. We had to move shoes to get our suitcases by. They also left the door to their unit open causing the sound to go straight up stairs. We had to speak to them several times. I had to request a hairdryer. Our ice maker didn’t work.

This property is absolutely stunning. The rooms are in two story cottages surrounded by a lot of available activities. It's practically a full house complete with full kitchen, family room and washer and dryer. Even though there is a lot going on, the area is relatively quiet and feels like it's off the beaten track. I was in town for a funeral, so I was unable to fully utilize the property, but I'm definitely going back, so I can explore the grounds more thoroughly. There's so much to do that the complex offers a staycation experience right there on site.

The Hot Tub

We like the size of the room as it is large enough for all of us. I like the shampoo conditioner and shower get being mounted on the wall. I think that one would be useful at the sink in the middle instead of using bar soap.

The girl that checked me in was not very friendly and was talking with her coworker and the coworker's customer instead of keeping her attention on me. The guy beside her is the best worker behind that desk and he checked me in last year. He is focused and fast at checking people in. I will remember to ask for him next time. I asked her if we could get some extra towels and washcloths and she told me to call the front desk and they would bring them to me. We tried to call the front desk several times and we heard them, but they could not hear us talking. The second floor bathroom's shower gel fell off the wall.

The grounds are well kept. The rooms are spacious and updated. The pool area was clean and the water was just the perfect temperature. Elizabeth from reservations was an absolute joy!

The restaurant was severely understaffed. One girl greeted you, sat you, took your order, ran the food, cleared the tables. It was 8:15 when we arrived and 4 other groups were already sitting by 8:30 4 more had arrived and you could see how overwhelmed she became.

The facilities were awesome. Everything needed was provided and convenient. Very calmed environment. We really loved the place

Friendliness of the staff. They were either complaining about something happening at work or personal issues. For a property like this one expects a different environment. They were just going thru the motions but there was not care or concern.
