Beautiful location, and within 10-15 drive to restaurants and shopping. The 24/7 accessibility to amenities, the affordable Market which I have never seen in any other of our travels. We felt so comfortable, and well taken care of. This property thought of absolutely everything for their guests. Only thing missing was a bath robe, and breakfast room service. We loved this place, and will definitely return many a times.

We loved our stay here. Its about 20min to Colonial Williamsburg. We used the pickleball courts one day. Our suite kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans. There is an Aldi on the way to and from ColonialWilliamsburg. The internet was out across the whole campus for a day and to extend apologies, the resort had a free cookout lunch for all guests the next day. The staff was friendly, even housekeeping. We enjoyed doing office work on the screened balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Once the pull out couch is opened into a bed, the livingroom is crowded. As a suit for four people, we could have used less dining chairs (there were 5 chairs and 2 bar stools) and no large coffee table/foot stool to create more livingroom space. Note: the resort does try to get you to buy into a Marriott Resort plan.

My husband and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary at the Ford Manor resort . When we arrived, we were greeted with beautiful smiles and lovely warm people friendly. My husband and I felt the staff was professional, kind, and caring. The resort had all the amenities to enjoy the resort. We really loved the balcony it was superb. Sitting out on the porch was so relaxing, seeing the ocean wave flowing as if we're really at the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, making us rest.We loved the outside and got a chance to play badminton. Saw the new construction, and the country homes are definitely appearing. Definitely love everything about Ford Manor Colony. Look forward to 2025 visiting in September Thanks to all staff, fantastic job . Will definitely be back

It was not what I was expecting in a good way. Grounds were neat and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Not so much the property but the guest that was above us. Around 4am she started making these noises on the floor as if coins were getting thrown on the floor and picking them back up. She hold occasionally walk around in her heels and it could heard over our head. Saturday night some hoodlums decided to bang and run on our floor. I noticed the property doenst have cameras in the hotel buildings. We went to the front desk and they said they received multiple complaints about the same thing. Besides that it was a great stay.

The villa was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room! We loved the full kitchen setup, the little living room section with the fireplace, and the king bed was very comfortable. The dual sinks were convenient and the jetted tub was also a lot of fun.

While the overall noise cancellation between rooms was fine, there was someone above us or near us that ran their jetted tub on and off for ~3.5 hours, which caused our bed to vibrate with a loud rumbling noise. There was also a softer deep rumble constantly that could be felt from the bedroom (perhaps from the electricity or construction), which in combination with the jetted tub noise made it pretty hard to fall asleep.

The amenities are fabulous. We traveled with 2 kids and other families. We return every few months and have been impressed every time.

there was construction, so the view wasn't the greatest. However, the property more than made up for it, as we always love it! My only suggestion is that, since we came as a large group of friends and family—six families totaling over 25 people—we wanted to gather for a meal one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't a space that could accommodate us. We inquired about using the room with the piano, but were informed that this was not possible. It would be helpful if, for guests traveling with large parties, there was a designated area where we could meet, especially when the weather is colder. Our group visits the Marriott every year in November.

Beautiful property with spacious, clean and well outfitted accommodation in the two-bedroom suite we occupied. Extremely courteous and helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. Enjoyed the grounds and the activities center - even walked and biked through the lovely surroundings. I felt the water in the heated outdoor pool, but did not make time for either the indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub. The proximity to Colonial Williamsburg town center and nearby eateries helped make our stay perfect.

There was nothing that marred my stay in the least for the week! Even extended by a day!

Magnificent! Super cleaned and comfortable. Quite, tucked way back off the roadways. Amenities wear amazing, pool, game room, put put, and golf course, tennis and basketball courts, fire pit and cafe onsite with delish food! Staff super friendly and accommodating. The rooms absolutely fabulous and beautiful designed all you could ever want. Not far from anything but you feel as though you are. The grounds of the hotel and very beautiful as well. Very happy with my stay. Will be back.

The construction that was going on and felt it needed more lights from the hotels main lobby building to buildings we were staying in the back. That walk way is pretty dark at night.

The location was great ! It was just a beautiful location. The property was upscale and the room was lovely and spacious. I would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for quick trip away. Our room faced new construction being done but it was not really noisy inside the room and they did not start too early or finish too late. I would rent the same room again. Large, spacious and nicely furnished with a very comfortable king bed. Great XL jacuzzi tub too ! The Marriott employees were extremely friendly and just kind ! Easy check in process also .

Just to have the construction project finished. Not really a complaint though. We left the room fairly early so not really an issue for us and came back to the room when the crews were already done for the day.

I had a comfortable stay, but there was construction near our balcony room that started at 7:30 am, which was quite loud. The resort was fantastic, and we really enjoyed all the amenities. My only suggestion would be to add street lights on the side street from the tennis courts to the Manor Building because it got dark and visibility was low due to the many trees in the area, which made it a bit scary at night.

1. I wish there were cooking tongs. 2. We planned to play mini-golf in the evening but had to return the golf equipment by 8 pm. Maybe if we didn't have to return it early, that would be great, especially during the summer when the sun doesn't set until 9pm.
