Clean, great staff, comfortable beds, nice amenities

First time trying to get into room, tried multiple times and couldn’t get in. NEVER thought to lift UP on door handle. When I asked staff, they said it’s a Left Handed door. Hold on wait…but I’m left handed. Never in my life have I heard of such foolishness. Fix your doors, don’t make up dumb excuses. Also, why does only 1 of 2 elevators work? Asked cleaning staff who has worked there for some time and they said it’s never worked. Yet we have cleaning staff with huge bins traversing the floors and having to get off to accommodate customers. Seems very inefficient. Breakfast was decent, but eggs were like powdered eggs, and bacon was so thin it took a pile to equal just a single serving.

We liked the fresh flavored water, coffee, and ice cream that was available. However the second day of our stay these things were not available.

Second day of breakfast at 830am alot of items were empty. All coffee pots were empty, flatware was empty. The omelets were cold. Also the rug in the lobby is filthy and needs replaced. We had a fire alarm at 1am, and the employee behind the desk was not helpful to the firemen. He just sat there. Could have talked with guests to make them feel safe or at least get off his rear. A guest had to give firemen their key to gain access to pool. This employee needs training on a emergency

My children loved the complimentary ice cream. The personnel are first class. They were all courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was also healthy and filling. The highlight for me was the staff; they made our stay wonderful.

Rooms are well-maintained but are old and worn. For instance, the closet door in the room had been removed. The ironing board was unusable, and the carpet appeared worn. The weight room requires more equipment, and the pool looks old.

Staff was so friendly and made us feel at home. Donnet checked us in and out. She was outstanding!!!!

24 hr coffee. The pool wasn’t open first day. My little girl was not happy. I understand things happen. We were told we could use the sister hotel’s outdoor pool. It was just a bit much crossing through the parking lot. We asked for towels, but we had to come down and get them. I guess housekeeping got busy. Overall it was definitely a great stay! We definitely plans to visit again!

We stay here several times a year and the staff are always amazing. Even if they have new employees they are always great. The pool and hot tub are always nice but the tile around the pool is very slick.

Someone had dropped food crumbs in several places in the hallway and around the elevator. In the few nights we stayed it was never vacuumed up. Also the placement of the TV in the single bed, rooms is awkward. You can't turn the TV to view it from the bed very well.

Conveniently located and it is family friendly.

it is very outdated , the rooms needs to be a bit more clean. The elevator was out of order on our stay so we were forced to use the stairs which was a bit tired after a full day at the park and also being that it was pretty hot outside. The pool was not available for the guest to use. The fire alarm was set off not sure why however we needed to be evacuated one of the morning we were there. Not sure why as we were heading to breakfast we were told just to head outside the premises.

The breakfast had some good items. The rooms have full size of shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. Clean, beds were comfortable. Updated and nice looking. Tv's have streaming options on them so we could add our Netflix. The snack bar at night was awesome for our kids and they had a cute little hot chocolate bar for Christmas.

Some of the breakfast items aren't good, like the sausage, you can just tell its a shipped in cheap item and wasn't good. But some things were great like the potatoes. We had some trouble getting checked in but it was a new girl and someone else took over and got us straight. Microwave is difficult to figure out and we had to call maintenance but they showed is how to use it.

Great location and conveniently located close to good restaurants. Not too far of a drive from Busch gardens and other attractions in the area!

The pool was out of order most of our stay, staff offered the use of the neighboring facilities pool, but it was an outdoor pool and had closed for the season. The continental breakfast was crazy busy over morning. Staff did a good job trying to keep up with restocking.

The hotel staff are always great. They are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is usually pretty good depending on how many people have rummaged through the food area. We have stayed here a lot and people leave their trash laid on the counters instead of putting it in the trash cans that are always nearby.

The price was good and I was satisfied with the black first.The kids liked it.It's 15 to 20 minutes from Bushgarden.

It was a little different from the amount I booked in the bookings.The reservation for two days was over 125.10 tex per day..The second room paid $139.I extended it by one day. I slept for a total of three days.I requested the price at $139.. The important thing is that on the first day, on the second day, this room has to pay $125 plus Tex..It should be paid 125.10+Tex on the first day and 125.10+Tex on the second day..The price was different on the second day. It is right to pay 139+Tex on the third day.
