Friendly staff!

The long wait for the elevator. Only one was working. The one that was working took a very long time. We end up taking the stairs majority of the time. Did like being awaken by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. We had to evaluate the hotel. But because of the fire alarm awaken us and we had to evaluate. We was given free breakfast the next day. The pool room needs to be air conditioning. As soon as I opened the door if was suficating. Need to update the system. I could hardly breathe.

Almost everything! The room is very clean, staff are absolutely delightful. Breakfast is amazing, esp the chef lady Dalphine, she made our breakfast phenomenal! Her omelet is one of the best we ever had! I can't believe she's only a substitute for the day. She definitely is a chef material and deserves a big raise!!!

AC is loud for a light sleeper like me, but it didn't bother my husband at all.

Everyone that worked there was nice and helped out with whatever was needed. I highly recommend if you need to find somewhere to stay for a few nights. The breakfast was delicious and the other things included.

The air conditioning would work from time to time, but it had a funky smell at times when coming back to the room, but other than that no complaints

The room was very clean and well appointed. New carpeting in hallways was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent, but cost $14 per person. Checking in and out was easy.

The worst thing was the bar experience. The bartender was entirely unqualified, in addition to appear to be nurturing a head cold. Had to look up a recipe on her cellphone to make a basic drink. Shame on management for hiring her!

The food was exceptional!!! The chef was very attentive. That was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted. It was seasoned to perfection and did not have to add anything else to it. Most places that serve biscuits and gravy make it too runny and slimy and it tastes nasty. This one had the right consistency. The French toast was to die for. They had a veterans' group there, rather large. Never ran out of food and they were nice as well.

Quiet and easy to get to.

The room we stayed in could have used a couch. I know it was a room for disabled but a small couch would be nice say for a family that would stay there with a disabled family member.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk and breakfast crew. Look forward to returning in December.

We needed a walk-in shower due to my wife being physically handicapped and eventually the front desk made it happen. However, the remote controlled blinds in the room did not work. Otherwise a nice stay with a great breakfast.

Breakfast was okay, but over priced for what we had. Fruit was hard. Coffee was not hot.

Could use a table in the room for eating snacks and take out.

Toilet needed scrubbing . Drain in sink wasn’t working Construction in front of elevator access Slow elevator. Beverage and water machines empty.

The pool was open 24 hours! The hotel was very clean and well LIt!

We purchased breakfast and there were mini sprite sodas in the fridge along with the milk for the cereal so we assumed they were included with the breakfast so we all took a sprite. A lady came over to the table and lectured us on why we was not supposed to have the sprite drinks and that they were for the bar! Well we wasn’t aware they had a bar and there wasn’t anything stating that certain items in the refrigerator was off limits. About 5 mins of her ranting, we finally finished our breakfast!
