Im an elite platnum member with holiday inn thats only place well that and Hilton that i stayied but than i found this hidden gem im there 2 days a week every week and they honestly care about there customers...is there room to grow....yes Is the place perfection....no but there hospitality is superb

It is what I like to call a Hidden Gem. The rooms are simply beautiful and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The staff is amazing and are beyond reasonable with issues and/or requests. There are restaurants within stumbling distance, and Pirate’s Cove mini golf is right next door. The only complaint I can muster is: The breakfast could be better. A perfect place to stay while visiting Williamsburg, as it is only a few minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg. An added bonus? There is a visitor’s center adjacent to the motel. You’ll be very satisfied with this choice, and so will your budget.

The breakfast could use an upgrade, but it was nice that they offered it. I enjoy making my own breakfast, so it was not a real issue.

Comfort and Value. A Hidden Gem!

This review should be of interest to the traveler who wants "just a place to sleep, and I'm not interested in paying for amenities that I'm not going to use". This is your motel. Simple, admittedly sparse, however it's reasonably comfortable for what you're paying, and it's definitely clean and well cared for. The bed was decently comfortable, the shower was hot and good pressure, and it was definitely clean and well cared for. I will be coming back next year.

The continental breakfast was a bit sparse: Three choices of Kelloggs cereal, two kinds of muffins, and a bowl of bananas. Plus the coffee/hot water maker. Don't take this as an actual complaint, however, it's just that I've been used to a bit more in other motels of this type. Bottom line, I got a good enough breakfast and wasn't complaining when I was finished.

I like the accomodations, and the price when using booking.com. The pool was nice over the Summer. I'm sure there will be more attention to detail regarding the breakfast offer. I look forward to staying there again.

The breakfast is weak, Food Lion pecan Danish, the cereals don't look like Kellogg's brands as the labels imply. I won't even mention the curdled milk, that ruined my 1st attempt on raisin brand, when I notified the front desk lady she corrected the issue. The Indian lady, owner I'm guessing, had just put the new gallon of milk in the cooler, from the back area, I was the first person to open which was properly sealed, and the date was Sept 18th mysterious as to why. The powdered juice machine was empty.

I was looking for efficiency and value. I was there for work purposes, so the price was right. I had to extend my stay for a day and it was cheaper on booking.com by about $20.

For leisure I will spend a good amount for comfort, cleanliness, location, amenities etc., but for work, this room served its purpose. It wasn’t the prettiest but served its purpose.
