Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The room was immaculate and the environment was peaceful. The grounds were perfectly done and the staff was awesome. Always smiles. I loved that. There were activities planned every same for a few hours which was pleasant. We went for relaxation and that is what we got. We did not use the pools, recreation room or cookout grounds but saw guest enjoying those activities and happy in using these amenities.

Would suggest the check-in would put a sign on building that says check-in because the entrance guard was not there when we arrived and has to keep stopping and asking other guest where was the check because there were also no sign on the roads to show which direction to find checkin. Other than that PERFECT

It was great for what we needed as a large family of 6. The 3 pools and playground were well maintained and perfect for 4 kids. The full kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home.

Sales pitch was scheduled and there was some pressure. The welcome group talked so fast I barely absorbed it after a 10 hour drive. Several buildings including our were missing siding including above our balcony which caused the rain to come in. This gave the impression that the buildings needed work. A shutter fell from our building and sat on the group for several days.

Breakfast is entirely unnecessary in a complex of apartments with full kitchens. Accommodations were nice except for unsafe bathrooms.

While I stayed with family in one apartment, I reserved another nearby apartment for my sister. I checked with staff that morning and paid for her apartment. I was not advised of any requirement to attend a sales pitch. Then when my sister arrived, she was forced to pay $45 to ensure her presence at a sales pitch! The pitch should have been directed toward me, not her. I am in the market to buy such an apartment. She is not. I was EMBARRASSED that my sister was forced to undergo the hour-long bludgeoning that you call sales. Please reconsider this practice of torturing your guests so you can sell another overpriced unit with unsafe bathrooms. The tub in my unit was slick and had no hand grips. The tub had a slow drain, taking 5 minutes to drain after the shower.

The resort was lovely. Our unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The amenities were very nice. Our grandchildren loved the play area. The facility was close to many near by attractions and the eating places varied. The staff were kind and accommodating.

Initially, we had to wait for our unit due to issues with the dishwasher. We we invited several times to attend a presentation, but they were not pushy.

We really didn't use the facilities but there certainly appears to be more than enough to entertain oneself. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Overall, a wonderful property and, great condo and lovely stay. great location to Williamsburg and other activities. Condo could use some updating but certainly not an issue.

Lots of room, very comfortable beds, beautifully laid out

Found that the door to the main bedroom had something on it that was not cleaned off, a little concerning. A few broken/loose tiles in the kitchen. These didn't bother me but was afraid we would be blamed for them and they keep the security deposit, which is charged to a credit card at the beginning of your stay. I did not like the pressure of meeting with someone concerning a timeshare/vacation club. I did not know any better when I booked this through Booking.com, and I do not like to be put in situations like that during my vacation time.

It was clean and comfortable and in a great location

We asked to have shower door fixed; it didn't roll easily. It wasn't fixed. Definitely did not like the sales presentation from Club Wyndham. Felt the sales management team was not respectful of our time

Location was great. Staff friendly. Unit was not ready at check in time they put us in another.

Furniture was uncomfortable. Stiff, not people friendly. Bed in master bedroom tooo tall for me to even get in. Mattress was almost as tall as my hip. Had to sleep in second bedroom. Appreciate the washer/dryer.

A great apartment. Good swimming pools. Plenty of green space. Felt secure. Close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown. Family were able to go to Virginia Beach as well as Chincateague. Supermarkets and Restaurants were very handy.

We had some noisy kids above us for a day or two.

Breakfast was not included.

There were ants , spider webs and spiders in the suite. There were no wash cloths, this may be a new thing if so the guest should be made aware prior to arriving.if units are not used for a period of time they need to be inspected before the new guest arrive for dust and spider webs.
