I loved it! It smelled very fresh and clean like linens upon our arrival. We had requested a crib that we were told was confirmed, however upon arrival they were not able to get a crib for us, but the did accommodate us with a bigger room and pull out couch. Didn’t necessarily “solve” the problem, but it was still nice! So thank you for that… Other than that, we LOVED the stay. It was sooo relaxing. The location is PERFECT. So many eateries and things to do.. The breakfast was pretty good too. The biscuits and gravy were our fav! I also loved that they had grab and go items aswell. Perfect for traveling with littles! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Worth the money, time, and experience! Thanks Holiday Inn Express! We shall be returning. 😁

Comfy beds, quiet and clean!

The location was excellent, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast provided was of good quality.

The laundry facility only accepts quarters. The temperature of the heated pool was not as high as I had anticipated. It was quite cold for an indoor pool.

Shocked by the breakfast.Eggs were not overcooked, coffee was superior, and sausage gravy sealed the deal

bill sent via e mail showed price was far higher than agreed upon. I have yet to hear from my complaint, but expect it to be resolved.

The room was well laid out, clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very favorable to others we've had.

Primarily disappointing in the room was the lack of a bath. Also, the tv remote control was not fully functional, and a waste basket should be in the main room as well as the bathroom, or at least a larger one. Facility-wise, it was frustrating to watch as a paraplegic gentleman had to be tossed in and carried out of the pool by his young son because the hoist was missing its remote. Also, there was much rust on the hoist as well as the pool hardware, with the step railings being loose.

The breakfast had enough options to keep the kids happy. Weekends are busy so you need to get there early to find an eating spot. The hotel ran out of towels for one day but they did their best to keep everyone comfortable

I think the hotel was a bit understaffed for the week we went. This was an unusually busy time but the staff did their best with what they had and were very kind and courteous.

I stay at this hotel every time my family and I visits. The staff is always nice and the breakfast is pretty decent. The staff always makes sure our stay is great and we are welcomed the moment we step foot in the lobby. I love that there is an indoor pool and the hotel is always nice and quiet. If you have an opportunity check this hotel out!

The pool was a bit cold but that’s not something that would stop me from going.

Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were CLEAN. The beds and shower were very comfortable. It was quiet. The pool was Great & I could go on & on & on! We will definitely be staying there Every time we’re in Williamsburg. BTW: I’m VERY hard to please….

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The property was nice quiet and cozy.

The bathroom shower was dirty, long dark hair on the shower wall and door, water stains on the shower door, the Dove body wash that’s in the shower was empty. The nice lady at the front desk said she would send someone to clean our shower, but no one showed up. We felt harassed to hurry up and leave the property by the cleaning ladies who knocked on our door 4 times starting after 930!

Breakfast was very good, the staff were fantastic at keeping everything topped up and the whole breakfast area was kept spotless. All hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was extremely clean and all without leaving the heavy smell of bleach. The location doesn't look too brilliant on google maps being next to a restaurant and a busy main road but there was very little noise. The pool is a good size. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside and this is not just for this hotel chain but others too - the shower heads are just so high and at 5'3" I cannot reach them to change the settings and have to get my husband to do it for me, hand held showers would be so much better.

Room is great for family. Lots of lamps Beds are very comfortable Breakfast is ok. Pool is great with kids Close to all we wanted to visit ( Jamestown, Williamsburg...) Lot of shops and restaurants around ( Aldi is around the corner. Great for last minute groceries for a picnic)

Shower ventilation is horrible. Super noisy. Breakfast could be more qualitative.
