Our 2-bedroom suite was lovely, clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable! We were even able to get an adjoining sweet with our in-laws, which was awesome! The resort has lots of fun amenities that would make us want to stay there again when the weather is nicer.

Our only complaint is the check-in process. After driving for hours and arriving at dinnertime, we were not happy about the very long multi-stage check-in process that included trying to get us to attend a presentation sometime during our short visit. I understand that check-in may be the only guaranteed time to make this offer, but the process needs to be shortened. The woman who started our check in also seemed unsure how to use the system and took an unacceptably long time finding our reservation. We were tired, hungry, and eager to get to our room- please keep that in mind when hopefully revising the check-in process.

The location is close to Busch Gardens. The area was clean. There were plenty of activities to do. The staff was friendly enough.

The refundable deposit for a meeting that is apparently mandatory or you lose out on $40. Family got sick on the travels and couldn't make the meeting. They called 3 times within 15 minutes, after the whole family didn't sleep well the night before to ask if we were going to make it, well after the meeting was supposed to start and wanted to reschedule the meeting. They had to call 3 different times because it was discovered that not only was the handset for the phone dead, it could not be charged on the charging station.

We had a two bedroom accessible room. It was very clean and spacious. The accessible bathroom was large enough for a power chair. It is somewhat dated, but I loved everything about the room.

I didn't like the fact that they held your room keys hostage until you talked with the time share people.

I like having the choice of what kind of room I wanted. What floor I needed to be on. The friendliness of the staff. I like that there is things happening on the grounds so if you didn’t want to go out to find something to do that there were choices to choose from.

For the staff to take in to consideration that there may be people on the first floor that doesn’t want to hear someone else’s kids using the upstairs space as a jungle gym or a park. We were there for 4 nights and on the last night they put a family with apparently a lot of kids even though we only seen teenagers above us and ALL NIGHT LONG they were jumping, stomping, running around like they were outside in a park. It started at around 7pm. We figured at 10 it would stop. It did for a bit but kicked in again shortly there after. 😖😖😖😖😖😖

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is great and centralized, but just enough "out of the way" to not be on a high traffic road or highway if that bothers you. Lots of free activities for families!

Obviously, it's a timeshare facility so you have to listen to a pitch about a pitch to even get your room key so be prepared for that. Also the pool size looks adequate, but is entirely too small for the amount of available rooms. It gets way too crowded even on weekdays. There's zero staff supervision with teens throwing actual footballs and other (non soft) sports related objects around smaller children. Only gripe.

The resort is updated. There are 3 pools, including an adult pool, a movie theater, mini-golf, and 2 arcades. The games are free in the arcades. The whole family loved this place!

Enjoyed the warm reception, professional staff and smooth check in and out from entrance to exit. The property is spacious yet cosy, aesthetically maintained and we enjoyed most of the amenities: table tennis (rainstorm curtailed lawn tennis), mini golf, the games arcade, the two pools (one for 18+ only), the jacuzzi, walking around and visiting the ponds and relaxing for hours on the swing seat (one pond has two large turtles) with their assortment of ducks and geese. There are daily activities and interactive spaces available as well! Nice bunch of guests as well! This property is less than 5 minutes drive from restaurants and about 10-15 minutes max from historic Colonial Williamsburg. We liked that there were shops and Supermarkets nearby for homemade meals(with all basic utensils and appliances needed, plus crockery and cutlery) if we chose not to dine out that day. Did I share that the king-sized bed was extremely comfy with fresh linen and great sleep with those blackout curtains? I had the perfect stay with no glitches - even the thunderstorm was an enjoyable event as we cozied down and watched a broad selection of TV shows. Lastly, thanks to Autumn, Madisson, Sherry and Kevin and the lovely young lady who manages the activities room and others around the property who made this an unforgettable experience!

I like that there were two pools - one for children; one for adults. It made being in the pool more pleasant and relaxing for mature visitors without the splashing, playing, loud screams, etc. from kids. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shopping - grocery stores and the premium outlet. Various activities to choose from

My only complaint is the parking. I was only there for 3 nights and each night when I returned to my apartment, (at various times) there were no available parking spaces directly in the vicinity.

The resort is wonderful for families. There were multiple activities for my kids and nieces to do, so they were never bored. The rooms were very spacious and contained everything you could possibly need.

There are no elevators to get to the third floor rooms, which is very inconvenient. I'm just glad I didn't have my 70 year old mother on this trip. The worst thing is the super pushy agents trying to get you to sign up for a vacation club presentation. They are relentless and were still calling my sister during our stay after she adamantly said she was uninterested. It's definitely not a fun or inviting experience at check-in. Now that I'm aware, I can be prepared if I go back. Oh yeah, the drinks at Sly Clyde were excellent, but the food was not worth what they charged.

The condo was spacious and facilities well maintained. Kids loved the game room and pool. Convenient location.

Living room furniture was not comfortable and was dated, master bathrooms needed updating, small vanity no room to place your hygiene products.
