Great price, easy check in, location was perfect for the places we needed to go.. The lobby was very clean.. Based on our experience the room we had was really clean, beds were very comfortable, linens were clean, plenty of towels, dove products in the shower which was nice and they were all full.. The staff that we dealt with was professional and friendly.. The breakfast they have wasn't bad at all for being free (eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice).

Our room was on the 1st floor which was kinda noisy, and there is a train that runs pretty much behind the hotel.. Not that this was a big deal but the AC in our room was kinda loud but again, tolerable.

Room recently refurbished, comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants near by and a short car ride to Colonial Williamsburg.

Breakfast was basic but included in good value room rate so this is not really a complaint.

The cleaning service came everyday to straighten up our room and gave us clean towels. The hotel was clean. The staff was responsive. Our bathtub was dirty when we checked in and someone came right away to clean it. I liked that the room had Dove products for the soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Breakfast was replenished in the morning. There were a lot of restaurants and stores near the hotel. Also, it was close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. There was plenty of parking at the hotel.

The quality of the breakfast food was not the best, and the area including seating was very small. One morning, there were not enough seats. The first room we were supposed to get was not ready, so we had to go back down to the front desk to be reassigned a new room. When you left the elevator to each floor, the floor had an unpleasant odor. Our room had a weird odor too. The hotel itself was near a railroad track. Every night, three times a night, very long trains would pass by the hotel and wake me up. Also on our last night, we heard our neighbors through the walls. We stayed three nights and that only happened on the last night.

this place was nice clean. We will come back in October smells everything new the breakfast man let’s little bit more item on it. Pool was nice, but we did not have chance to go to, but we will go next time.

Nice place

The room was decent and the location was good for all that we wanted to do and visit while in Williamsburg. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were asking about places to eat. Good central location.

There needs to be a designated smoking area. Walking outside the front door and smells of pot. Walking down the hall to and from our room, and smells of pot. For a non-smoker this is very off-putting. With a child, this isn't the type of environment I want my child around or near. My son spilled a soda on the top cover of the bed and the housekeeping staff did not replace the cover. Disappointing when this was a bit of extra covers. The pool water was also a bit chilly for the year and being indoor.

Room was clean. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size and was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge and microwave in room worked and were clean. A/C worked very well. I had to turn it down because it worked so well. Price was really good. It was a very good hotel for our length of stay. Hotel is in an excellent location. Premium location to most all attractions, shopping and dining.

Some things in room appeared dated. Bathroom door had scratches and peeled paint. There was no closet to hang clothes nor any hangers. Lightning in room wasn't bright. Could use brighter light options. There wasn't much of anything we found wrong.

Everything was great. Rooms were beautiful-think newly renovated place. Breakfast was fulfilling. We even met the manager Mayur and he is super friendly.

The only thing was the staff. The manager nice but the rest of the staff did not have smiles on their faces. No good morning One complained unhappily it wasn’t her day to work but had to come in to train another person. The front desk guy who checked in was no smiles, had to greet him. Customer service is important when working in hospitality.

I really liked how clean the hotel was and how fresh it smelled. The hallway carpet and our room carpet were very clean looking! The room was very clean and perfect for my family. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.

I did not like that I could hear people talking very loudly in the hallway as my family and I tried to sleep. This does not reflect badly on the hotel staff rather some of the inconsiderate people staying there at the same time as my family and I stayed.

Right on Richmond Road, central to everything. The pool was a little cold, but didn’t stop us from having fun. Anytime we had questions, the staff was very helpful. The AC stayed cool, plenty of towels, comfy beds. Breakfast had a great mixture of hot, cold, and other choices. Full size Dove products in the bathroom were nice.

The only thing that would have made our trip perfect would be if there was a high chair in the breakfast area. Our 1.5 year old had to use a regular chair and of course, she took a tumble off of it.
