Staff not very personable, should be a little more welcoming.

I traveled to Williamsburg with my daughter and grandson for his all star flag at the Warhill Sports Complex. My 1st booking was with another hotel, but they cancelled due to problem with AC.( I'm not mad). I found this one, and it was the best location. The facility was only 10 mins away. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and rooms were clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the shower wall. Front desk staff was friendly and when ask for extra towels, toiletries it was never a problem. Indoor pool was clean, but a little cold.

Mini refrigerator wasn't cold. Stuff stayed cool. Not much water pressure in bathroom sink.

Great price, easy check in, location was perfect for the places we needed to go.. The lobby was very clean.. Based on our experience the room we had was really clean, beds were very comfortable, linens were clean, plenty of towels, dove products in the shower which was nice and they were all full.. The staff that we dealt with was professional and friendly.. The breakfast they have wasn't bad at all for being free (eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice).

Our room was on the 1st floor which was kinda noisy, and there is a train that runs pretty much behind the hotel.. Not that this was a big deal but the AC in our room was kinda loud but again, tolerable.

Room recently refurbished, comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants near by and a short car ride to Colonial Williamsburg.

Breakfast was basic but included in good value room rate so this is not really a complaint.

The cleaning service came everyday to straighten up our room and gave us clean towels. The hotel was clean. The staff was responsive. Our bathtub was dirty when we checked in and someone came right away to clean it. I liked that the room had Dove products for the soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Breakfast was replenished in the morning. There were a lot of restaurants and stores near the hotel. Also, it was close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. There was plenty of parking at the hotel.

The quality of the breakfast food was not the best, and the area including seating was very small. One morning, there were not enough seats. The first room we were supposed to get was not ready, so we had to go back down to the front desk to be reassigned a new room. When you left the elevator to each floor, the floor had an unpleasant odor. Our room had a weird odor too. The hotel itself was near a railroad track. Every night, three times a night, very long trains would pass by the hotel and wake me up. Also on our last night, we heard our neighbors through the walls. We stayed three nights and that only happened on the last night.

this place was nice clean. We will come back in October smells everything new the breakfast man let’s little bit more item on it. Pool was nice, but we did not have chance to go to, but we will go next time.

In the first room, it looked like someone got in a fight in there. Holes were in the wall & had been puttied over but were still very visible. There was a hole in the bathroom door that had been fixed as well. The shower was cracked where you turned the water on, and the Room had a musty odor.... on the entire 2nd floor. Room we were switched to on the 5th floor had a stale cigarette odor.

Excellent value for the price. The room was spacious and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The corridors were wide and well-lit, which was a pleasant surprise compared to many hotels that tend to feel gloomy. The breakfast area was a bit small for the number of guests—though we stayed during spring break, so it was high season. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy (I made pancakes myself), but considering it was included in the room price, it was definitely worth it.

We always stay at this location when we visit Williamsburg. It is an exceptional value compared to the other hotels in the area. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, price is right. What more do you want?

Nothing in particular. Our experience with this hotel has improved with every visit as they have been renovating it for a number of years.

The room was decent and the location was good for all that we wanted to do and visit while in Williamsburg. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were asking about places to eat. Good central location.

There needs to be a designated smoking area. Walking outside the front door and smells of pot. Walking down the hall to and from our room, and smells of pot. For a non-smoker this is very off-putting. With a child, this isn't the type of environment I want my child around or near. My son spilled a soda on the top cover of the bed and the housekeeping staff did not replace the cover. Disappointing when this was a bit of extra covers. The pool water was also a bit chilly for the year and being indoor.
