The location is about 10 minutes away from the outlets the bed was very very comfortable they have an indoor pool which is nice I didn't get a chance to get in it the McDonald's is right across the street from the hotel you can walk right right over to it from the hotel while wise is across the street from the hotel on the main road and there's a little shopping center right there by the hotel as well so it's not real close to anything but they have a little grocery store over there in the shopping center which you could walk to it's a little walk but you can walk to it it's not really close to anything but it was a good price for the hotel for two nights

There wasn't anything I didn't like we just had a problem with the first room the refrigerator had water in the bottom of it which they probably didn't realize and they just gave us another room and we told him about it. The hotel could use a little freshen up a fresh coat of paint on the outside some new windows other than that the rooms were clean carpet seemed clean. I would stay here again.

The receptionist was very sweet and talkative. She was patient with me while I got my Groupon paid for the stay. She was also very informative about the amenities; the continental breakfast, pool, where we could get ice, and the convenient grocery store that was two buildings over. The room was very clean. I ordered a smoking room, and surprisingly, it smelled clean. Breakfast was okay, not great, but I did get my belly full.

Only one elevator was working so we had to walk alot. Also only one ice machine was working. Breakfast was not great.

Convenience, great price , location, very clean

That breakfast is less than desirable. Bagels were hard, eggs were chopped, no meat, only water in the orange juice machine, and no other drink choices, yogurt was gone (I got there 30 mins after it opened) - others in my party liked the sausage gravy/biscuits , No one monitors the noise is the hallways even though there’s cameras everywhere.

Good location for what we were there to do everything within miles of the hotel

The one time we went down to use the pool at 5 o’clock on Saturday the door was locked and was told by front desk they didn’t have key… we only went there for the spa tub in room and the pool and couldn’t use pool… also breakfast on Saturday didn’t start till almost 8 am and most of the food was cold not very impressed

The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was brightly colored with orange and white walls and I loved the painted exposed brick in the room and throughout the hotel

Jetted tub didn't work. The included breakfast is a bagged breakfast of fruit, muffin/granola bar, that isn't worth the time it takes to walk down and get it, so if you want breakfast id recommend door dashing it to your room or visiting one of the local eateries. Thos is not the hotels fault, buti definitely did not like being woke up in the middle of the night by the people in the room next to mine who were noisy and arguing at 2 something in the morning.

Loved the location, very close to shopping and food some within walking distance

Breakfast even though it was free it was very minimal and wasn't replenished throughout breakfast time.And there were some roaches, not an infestation but they were present.

The room was spacious enough for our family of 3. Comfortable beds and our room was nice and clean. Hotel was in the perfect location close to stores, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. I am a smoker so this hotel gave the option of a smoking room, which was great for me.

The hallways were not in the best condition, carpets could have been a bit cleaner. It looks like renovations may be going on. Breakfast was bagged styled each morning which was sufficient, but a hot breakfast would have been great. If the hotel was a bit more upgraded, which it looks like they are in the process of upgrades and if the breakfast was a hot meal, I would give this property 5 stars. Also, the indoor pool was closed for renovations.

Clean hotel, nice staff, great location.

Has to speak with a Booking representative for an hour and a half because the virtual card they send the hotel didn't have the funds for our stay. This was very frustrating. Hotel room only had 1 towel and telephone didn't work so had to make a trip to the front desk where I was provided towels.

The room was nice & clean except for mildew or soap scum left in the tub.

The worst thing is to advertise breakfast & not inform guests it's a stupid grab bag. Hotels need to be courteous enough to post this on their sites if they're still using the COVID-19 excuses. The pool was closed. One elevator & ice machine was broken. The light inside the room had a short in it. Each day our key cards were deactivated and we had to keep getting them rest. The front desk acted like it was my fault or I didn't know how to use a card & finally said not to put it next to electronic devices.

The staff were all super nice. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The price was also great.

The guests across the hall fought all night and dropped the f bomb a lot. I just turned the TV up so my kids wouldn't hear. Not the hotels fault at all. I didn't complain so I'm sure they were unaware as we were on the 6th floor and the only guests on that hall.
