Location, clean and equipped

Very noisy neighbors.

The presidential suites, which are individual homes, are wonderful. The one we stayed in was so spacious and an open layout that was perfect for our group of five adults. There were two seperate living areas on the main floor. Upstairs were three bedrooms which included a master bedroom with an awesome large private bath and king bed, a bedroom with a queen and another with two twin beds along with a full bath in the hallway. The home had 2 1/2 baths, so there was a powder room on the main floor. The beds were super comfortable. It was an overall great place to stay. We were in Williamsburg visiting family who lives in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

We liked everything.

The staff were extremely friendly, we were greeted with smiles and laughter. Check-in was a breeze. I liked that there was an elevator, because carrying luggage up three floors would have been a nightmare. I liked that the room had hardwood floors in the living area. I liked the walk in shower and the beautiful led mirrors in the bathrooms. Everything was clean and cozy. It is very close to Busch Gardens and we were able to view their fireworks display on New Years Eve right from the balcony of the hotel.

I did not like how small the room was, especially the kitchen area. The refrigerator door would hit the chair at the table. The shower pressure was very low. This is not the hotels fault, but I need to let it be known that there is a train nearby that rides by day and night and sometimes even blows the horn. I did not like that, but after the first night I did not pay it any mind. I also wish that they would invest in an indoor pool.

The staff was very helpful, it was close to all locations we were visiting, the beds were very comfortable including the pull out couch, the bath was nice and deep, the pool and attendant were fantastic! We were very happy. Parking was very convenient to our room.

The people above us were very loud and made it hard to hear each other, as well as the TV. No other complaints!

Very pleasant workers. Had an issues with the washer and dryer and they came up and fixes straight away.

The fact that they tried to get me to attend their time share meeting. Was getting parking pass and they gave their speel. Also it says busch gardens is less than a mile away. To which that is particularly true. You can see the park from there but u have to cross 5 lanes of traffic and railroad tracks to get there. My advice is get an Uber or Lyft to the park. Round trip for me was less than the $35 for parking at the park.

We had a few issues with the original booking and changing dates, but after speaking with the right person, everything was updated accordingly, they were very nice and accommodating. The original interaction wasn’t pleasant at all, one person said one thing, while another told us something completely different. In the end, everything worked out.

It was set up like long term vacation rental: all the plates, utensils, cooking tools in a fully equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, and very nicely furnished bedrooms. There was also a large zero entry pool, fitness center, and a game room on the property. But the price was like a regular hotel room — crazy good value!

The door to our unit slammed a little harder than I’d like.

Everything was very clean. Everything that we needed in the kitchen and for laundry was provided. Great location.

The initial check in lady was rude and very short. The rest of the staff was pleasant. No family amenities/activities to enjoy in the cold at this location. Didn’t realize that we would have to drive back and forth to be able to use the game room.

The location of Bluegreen Parkside Williamsburg is right around the corner to Busch Gardens and a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg. The one bedroom villa that we stayed in was very clean and comfortable.

This is not really a negative, but our one bedroom villa was a bit smaller than we expected. However, a good size for just the two of us!

Everything! I feel like I was spoiled by Bluegreen Parkside. This resort just raised the bar for my future travels. The staff was so friendly! The pool was fantastic... you'll never want at a boring rectangular pool again... This resort has a river shaped pool with little alcoves off it with a slide for the little ones and a bubble massage area, and the kids can enter the pool from a slow slope off the spinkler park! My daughter said the pool water felt like cream on her skin, and I have to say she was right!!! The accommodations were so clean and comfortable. It had everything you could need. In fact, the villa was beautiful, better than I expected. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends and co-workers and it will definitely be my go-to for future visits. Thank You Bluegreen for a fantastic vacation!!!

This isn't a "I didn't like," but just so some are aware for planning your visit. It is further away from the center of Williamsburg if that is important to you. It is closer to Bush Gardens and Water County USA!
