The property was comfortable, with colonial decor, and the host and hostess were cordial and informative as to area events. The Great room was a wonderful place to relax and visit, or browse many informative books and other publications. The breakfast was delicious. Tom was a great cook and enjoyed visiting during the meal; all the while being very informative regarding Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast is very good. Tom always makes a delicious and fresh breakfast. The location is excellent. It is close to everything we are doing.

The spicket to the sink is hard to turn on. The bathtub was a little slippery. The trashcan in the bathroom could be bigger or place a second one in the bedroom.

The B&B is perfectly located just at the beginning of the historical Williamsburg: it’s just a 5min walk until you’ll be immersed in the old town. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in colonial style, matching the town’s vibe. Tom and Sue were wonderful hosts, it was super nice talking to them and knowing more about the site’s history (but not only!). The home cooked breakfast was generous and tasty! Everything -from arrival to check out- met or even exceeded our expectations. I can only recommend this place!

Tom and Sue were so nice, accommodating and kind to us. Breakfast was superb and the room was very comfortable for 4 people. The house felt homey and we were happy to be staying walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg.

This property is BEAUTIFUL! Conveniently located just across the street from Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfast is severed in style with outstanding presentation accompanied with great conversation with the Inn keepers.

Immaculately clean home. Lot's of history coffee table books available to peruse. Comfortable bad. Walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg capital building. Quiet cul de sac neighborhood. Good family style breakfasts. Knowledgeable host.

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful with getting tickets to Colonial Williamsburg.

Breakfast was fine - hot and tasty with fresh fruit each day. Only disappointment was the very weak coffee.

Great location, hot days but a nice cool room, hot water with good water pressure, easy parking, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast

It was a little warm in our room the first night but we opened a window and that helped. Everything else was fine!
