I appreciated the variety of breakfast items and that it changed daily. The room was clean. We asked for bath towels a few times and they were there waiting for us when we returned to the hotel each evening.

Although I loved the indoor and outdoor pools (and hot tub!), I was a little unsure about how clean it was. I'm sure it was clean and taken care of each day, but I never had an opportunity to see staff there to see what was being done to keep the waters clean.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome! My kids loved the waffle maker. The staff helped me with anything I asked for.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool area was dirty. The pool water seemed clean but the tiles on the inside of the pools were absolutely caked with dirt and grime and could have been easily cleaned off. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not great at all.

Location was very good. Room was clean, very good size for our stay. We were able to include bringing our well behaved, clean and friendly dog for a reasonable fee. Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby. Pool was sparkling clean and had some type of continual anti bacterial, anti algae system, it was top notch.

Frig needed replaced due to low cooling. Advised front desk at checkout. Believe that frig was to be scheduled to replace.

The room was exactly what we were hoping for. Good size, and we really appreciated the kitchenette with microwave, sink, and fridge, it was even stocked with paper towels. Very little noise from other rooms. Breakfast was particularly excellent on the week days. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The discount on the room made it a reasonable value for the area. It was an easy drive to get from the hotel to downtown Williamsburg.

There was a constant smell of weed in our hallway for the first few days strong enough that we could smell even in the room. We were right beside the stairwell and side entrance so not sure if it came from there or one of the rooms near ours. The curb at the parking lot entrance was freakishly high so it was tricky to keep the car from bottoming out every time we came and went.

It was a beautiful hotel close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, the reasons for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us know up front if we needed any housekeeping done to let the staff know. Everything was great.

Almost everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean, It was a great location and a great value.

The only two things I didn't like were: 1. the water pressure in the shower was very low. 2. The quality of the pillows left a lot to be desired, but I always bring one of my own just in case.

The location was great. The staff is very friendly and very helpful to you. The breakfast is great and plentiful.

There weren't any seats to sit outside. We love to sit outside with a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy the outdoors. Due to the storm Virginia had, they didn't put them out yet. The room keys had to be re programmed daily. Other than these small inconveniences, the stay was great.

Selection at breakfast was great. The room was clean. There was a really nice huge field to walk your dog beside the hotel. They brought us a refrigerator for no charge since the room did not have one. Nice! Also, the shower water was too hot, but someone fixed that promptly.

The room has fancy wooden furniture that was worn, The trim was loose. It did not affect my experience.

convenience to Colonial Williamsburg, and area attractions. The breakfast was delicious and hot every morning.

We wanted to rent a movie and relax after a long day of sightseeing; however, that was not an option. Also, we were not happy there was no daily housekeeping.
