The staff were all extremely helpful, very friendly, and went out of their way to help in an unexpected situation that was difficult to navigate, but each person went above and beyond to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location while also being tucked back so you're not right in the middle of everything. I have had to extend my stay several times, and they are extremely accommodating about that. I've stayed at many places in the area, and I have to say this has been one of the better hotels I've found, especially for the value. Free breakfast with plenty to choose from and a 24 hr coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this to friends and loved ones and will be using them again myself if/when necessary.

The heating system was a little weird for me to figure out, but that's typical for me.

Just about Everything! Exceptionally Warm, friendly, professional staff. Extremely accommodating to us as we added days onto our stay. Facility and rooms are exceptionally clean and well kept. Tv is updated allowing for enjoyable entertainment during our stay. We even had an issue with the refrigerator in our room that was immediately addressed after we called for assistance. This hotel is truly a diamond. Especially after the horrible experience I had during the first half of our vacation.

Breakfast was my only thumbs down. Powder eggs (not tasty) and only pork options for meat unfortunately eliminate some people. Turkey options would be an awesome addition.

Hotel staff was very nice and efficient! Made to feel welcomed and the lady working breakfast was so sweet. Room was very clean.

I have very sensitive skin and the sheets had been washed with a perfume smell detergent. Miserable night and I don't understand why hotels can't use free and clear detergent. The AC unit barely worked and the TV wasn't working either but it was later when we got in so that wasn't a big deal. Noisy people in the hotel and you could hear everything all night long. Needs more parking in front. Ample parking in back but there were several groups of people partying in the back lot so did not feel comfortable parking in that area.

Excellent location next to a mall and 4 miles from a lovely town. The mall has a great food court. Great place from which to explore that part of Virginia. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Free parking and breakfast were very welcome. Staff were pleasant.

The pool opening times/access need to be re-thought. It seems like they don’t want you to use the pool. It’s too shallow in any case. Also, high amount of plastic use at breakfast. This is not typical to this place but a lot of hotels need to rethink this high amount of plastic use.

Staff from the moment that I checked in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a full breakfast eggs bacon and waffles. With several other items to choose from. But most of all the staff was always pleasant I was in and out of my room several times throughout the day so I encountered different employees.Everyone had a smile on their face Greeted you upon your entrance and / or exit. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating if you needed something. I will be staying there again.🙂

Breakfast was ok could have had more fruit options, coffee machine and 🍋lemon water was wonderful. Was pleased with location was able to walk to some of the surrounding places. Beds were comfortable, bathroom way to small definitely needs upgrading. Mr. Thomas the desk manager, and his release lady were absolutely wonderful ❤ thank you for your services. Hope see you guys again.

Small bathrooms, and cleaning personal not wanting to provide enough towels and wash clothes for five individual 🙃

Breakfast was great. The OJ was the very best! The staff was super, very helpful when there was a problem and quick to remedy it! The were also very nice and easy to get aping with!

The shower curtain was very clingy. I feel this could be remedied low cost by installing a curved rod. The size of the bathroom overall was good, this was really the only down side.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Trying to eat breakfast in the lobby and the front glass automatic doors kept opening and closing the entire time. I asked the personal the desk were they going to get the doors fixed because it was cold and windy. It seem like the doors have been doing this for a while and there are no expectations of them being fixed.

Location is perfect for shopping, visiting local sites, restaurants.

Though I paid for 2 nights, they marked as no show when I didn't arrive on time. I did attempt to leave message thru Booking to hotel. Maybe it wasn't read? So they gave me room away. I ended up paying for extra room. So paid 3 nights for 2 nights.was too late to argue and find another stay.

Located near shops and supermarket. On site parking. Spacious rooms.

The building is needs refurbishment and is dirty in places. There was a leak while we stayed in main reception however the staff were very accommodating and the issue quickly rectified. Despite this I would stay again.
